Overall experience was good, staff were friendly and our requests dealt quickly and efficiently. Apartment was a good size and had most things needed for a beach holiday. Access to the beach easy by car (approximately 5mins), within walking distance to the harbor and city centre (10/15mins). Beaches also within walking distance (around 20/25mins)but with children might be tricky in the heat. Also a lovely public park with a cafe just opposite the apartment complex. Cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Good location

It is a nice location because it is just off the main strip of Praia de Rocha, so it’s quiet. But 1 towel per week, 1 cleaning per week, I had to argue to get an extra pillow, and the beds were bricks. Honestly, stay here if you want the absolute bare minimum, however, if you expect anything remotely above adequate, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Forts noticed was when arriving the parking was next to a trailer park area or a homeless camp, felt unsafe especially traveling with children. Room was dirty and appliances were old and dirty. Noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the ceiling lamp and walls. Ended up having to leave and paying extra to stay at a different hotel. Will not recommend this place at all.

Nice bathrooms with big tub and bidet. Terrible beds. No heater in the rooms. Was cold at night

Nice studio suite. About 1.5km from Rocha beach. Lidl grocery is about .5 km away.

Clean, practical accommodation Lovely staff

After reading the reviews, I decided to book the apartment. The staff were very friendly, helpful & great at answering all our questions & giving us directions. The apartment was extremely clean & had all the amenities needed for a holiday. I was expecting air conditioning, only some apartments have it, but it did have 4 patio doors, so there was plenty of airflow. Great & good value.

Bom espaço, mais que suficiente para uma estadia de alguns dias. Peca no colchão da cama, já algo desgastado, pois sentiam se as molas todas. Tirando isso bastante aceitavel

Had a great stay ,recommendmuch better than a hotel 1.3 km walk to beach but very nice location with clean pool look forward to my next stay .

Nao entendo os comentarios que li sobre este estabelecimento. So pode ser tudo mentira. Mobiliario bastante degradado.. Sofá rasgado. Cama mto pouco confortável.. Paredes tudo rachado e partidas .. Bem .. Muito muito low cost mesmo!! Insuportável é mesmo o barulho do acampamento que está instalado à porta do estabelecimento. Zona Feia !! Bem .. resumindo .. Nao recomendo!! Com um pouco de paciência e ao mesmo preço conseguem melhor.

Apart-hotel in a modern building. Decent corona mitigation measures. Located near supermarkets and 15 minutes walking distance to the beach. OK WiFi and TV. Equipped kitchen but no exhaust so it can get smoky and smelly. Every morning very early the roosters across the street will wake you. There were some items leftover from the previous guest. Sofa in very bad shape. In my opinion it used to be much better for a much lower price but it's still a solid option.

Oustanding location, walking distance to a large supermarket and local gym. Excellent value for 1 bedroom units having all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen and balcony with very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Unbelievable quality at an amazing low price. Excellent staff. Wasn't my 1St stay here and certainly won't be my last. Only fault I found was the plastic backed undersheet on the bed.

This was the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in! The staff were really helpful and friendly and everything was well cared for.

Studio 17 are modern apartments in Portimao, with a shopping centre within walking distance. They are very good value for money, all equipped well, and very clean. The choice of tv channels could easily be improved,and ask for a sun facing apartment would be a good tip.

Great stay as always, but there needs to be something done regarding the 10 cockerel's that crow from 4am till all afternoon

The hotel is great, but there is a gypsy camp next to you it makes a lot of noise throughout the night.
