Very friendly service, clean

We booked double bed room and paid for it but we got two single bed room and they didn't change it and saud hotels.com did it and we can't do anything. Beds were awfull uncomfortable

The room was OK, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is close to subway station, but 5 minute walk is needed. If you want to go to Bagdat Caddesi, a popular entertainment and dining area, cab ride is needed. If the room is facing towards highway, yiu can hear noise from outside.

The most Horrible is the Matelas when is very old and you can't sleep normally .

This hotel must be rated 3 star hotel, not even close to 5 star

Good location and staff

As an overall chain hotel it was quite nice, but service was poor. Had to constantly try to make eye contact with servers that wanted to ignore you.

It was okay but a bit old. They had a nice Jym.

The customer service was wonderful. The entire stay at the hotel was impressive. Semih was very helpful!

Had a metal detector at the door that pretty much beeped when everyone went thru it, then no one really cared. Lol. People were nice and coffee ladies at downstairs bar were very nice

Hotel looks run down, foreign electric plugs dont work. Service lacks care.

This hotel was great in every aspect. Not far from the metro and opposite a shopping mall. Hotel in general was very comfy, clean and had very attentive and friendly staff in reception, restaurants and bar area. I’ve stayed here twice now with and without children and been very happy both times.

The price was not worthy Poor service

We pulled up to valet the car and the valet guys, 3 of whom were chit-chatting, standing around, and playing with their phones, basically told us to buzz off and park our own car. The other valet pulled up behind us and starting honking at us to move the car. What a way to welcome your Hilton Honors guest! I finally self park the car in the garage and check in. I go to check in at the Hilton Honors desk and he tells me to go check in at the regular desk…He was too busy playing with his personal phone, I guess!! The room itself was fine. It had a bath tub, which was clean and the room was updated, decorated nicely and well equipped with slippers, enough towels, etc BUT THE STAFF ARE A FAILURE!

Great hotel absolutely 5 stars. Very nice swimming pool and jackuzi and fitness club very good. The breakfast was 5 stars and the parking was free. There have big mall in the other side of the hotel. Recommended hotel.

Property has noise till 2a.m. and it is not possible to sleep. Now, the good...the Brassiere Restaurant at the B FLOOR, the manager YAZOV is very nice, polite, professional, caring and hard working. Waiter Azon is also nice, polite.
