I love how clean it was. The bed was comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were friendly. They have a nice place to workout, offer room service, and a wonderful open air safe space for smokers. They also offer room service and have AC!!!

Todo muy bien! El servicio y las habitaciones pequeñas pero excelentes. Lo único complicado fue la cantidad de gente que nos toco, habían grupos muy grandes hospedádose al mismo tiempo. La comida del buffet se acabo durante el primer desayuno y un par de noches hubo mucho ruido por estos grupos. Fuera de eso todo super bien! Muchas gracias!

It was an amazing stay. The staff was excellent. Love the hospitality.

The room wasn’t ready for check-in when we arrived, and we had to wait until 5 pm. The room had a horrible drainage smell that persisted throughout our stay. The towels were dirty, and the bathtub was covered in mold. The buffet was equally disappointing. The chilaquiles were dry and overpriced.

All around experience was very satisfying

The too small queen size bed is on a wooden platform. I barked my shin a few times and my husband almost broke his toes. The shower went every way but down. The shower door is not sealed and there's a clear plastic seal on the drain. The first morning I washed my hair and flooded the room. The staff was very nice and moved us to a different room without any complains. The location is great and the staff are super nice

Everything was fine, if we had to complain about something would be the breakfast buffet, terrible!!!

One major issue with this hotel - zero sound proofing or sound barrier. The loud buses and traffic two floors below sounded like they were in the room, as did the people returning late at night, outside our door. The walls seem to amplify sound, not block it.

Convinient location, clean room, friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower drain wasn’t draining well.

Very spacious room. Location was not to far from centro histórico. Just kind of noisy early in the morning.

Buenos dias Pues El Cuarto primeramente estava Susio las Savanas Con Cabellos y las toallas con marcas de mojo no usamos el tina de baño porque estava muy Enmojesida y pues mi cuarto que tendria que aver sido Con Balcon no tenia balcon y la Regadera Al bañarnos Se tirava el agua para afuera de la puerta la Comida de Cosina Buffet muy mala no creo bolver a llegar a perla Sentral de Nuevo!

Very clean, with excellent service. Very easy to check in. Very central location

Loved the location (it is a big city so don’t expect perfect clean quiet neighborhood conditions). Very walkable and accessible. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely picked a perfect spot. Smooth airport transportation assistance. (350 pesos). Elevator was a plus. Breakfast was simple but just right for the price and time, open until late. The only thing I wasn’t too sure about was the jetted tub and the water color. Picked the room especially for that but didn’t use it because of my own doubts with the color of the water and run down tub. It was too late at night to have someone check it out but also was too tired. Other than that my family enjoyed it a lot. (family of 4 including 2 toddlers ).
