They charge you “mandatory” 10€ per night for cleaning even though it says in the confirmation that it is an optional cost if you want cleaning only

Hotel was fine, service was very bad. Not very kind and asked for extra cleaning fees (10€/night) when no one cleaned our room during our stay. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apartment with rooms).

Great location close to train/bus station and only few minutes walk from market and historical area. Clean room, friedly staff! Would recommend!

Nice apartment, check in was a bit in hurry, when you travel you like to relax, we dont like the charge 10 Euro for cleaning which was not anounced in advance by hotels.com. such extra charges must be comunicated in advance since they influence the choice of hotel too. Every accomodation must clean and such extra charge is not normal.

There should be more clear information stating that there is NO RECPTION at this hotel. Small print after booking 24 hours ahead states you must make plans to enter at least 72 hours ahead!!! Luckily, after panicking upon arrival to the ‘hotel’, and getting no answer from ringing the buzzer, we phone the numbers on the poster by the building. After 1/2 hour, someone called back and we were let in!! Place is good though, and staff very friendly/helpful.

I wouldn't really classify this as a B&B. It's a room in an apartment block! The toilet has 2 doors, one by which we could enter and then another door into someones else room - we were afraid to have a shower as we couldn't lock the other door! €10 late fee is a bit steep! Area was very dirty, didn't feel safe! Would not recommend this to anyone!

Friendly staff,close to all restaurant and shops,i Didnt like the separate bathroom,but overall ok

We like the room, it was spacious for two people and it had a little balcony. the location was convenience cos it's near the train and bus station. Walking distance to most of the attraction and the two ladies who were helping in the hotel were super nice:)

This is a simple and nice b&b near the station in Palermo. The staff are very friendly and the room is decent and breakfast simple but tasty. The area around is ok but Palermo is a chaotic and dirty city seriously lacking in decent local governance. Therefore as with most of Palermo expect rubbish in the streets, unkept buildings and clearly high unemployment mixed with wonderful architecture that deserves so much better care.

Really nice hosts. They even drove us around the first day and showed us the local activities. Great experience and no complaints. One of the nicest B&B I've stayed in here in Italy (I've been here for over 2 years)

It's a great place to stay and the personal are very nice. Good breakfast. Near train station.

Comoda per raggiungere la stazione

Super accueil de Salvo..B&B tres bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds de centre ville historique. Cuisine commune avec café et patisseries à disposition toute la journée.

Einfach, aber ausreichend mit allem, was man braucht. Antikes Stadtzentrum ist gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La habitación estaba limpia. 4 camas, una mesita y dos sillas. La ducha, muy estrecha. La cocina tiene un uso muy limitado. necesita al menos unos tenedores y otros utensilios. Y no vendría mal un microondas y recipientes para él. Buen desayuno y la posibilidad de interactuar con otros pasajeros. La wi-fi no era buena. Ni en la salita/cocina común.

Per il prezzo non potrei aspettarmi un 5 stelle.. soltanto per dormire va abbastanza bene. Ho avuto qualche problemino con la doccia ma ci si accontenta. Salvo è una persona molto gentile 😊

Rapporto ottimo sia con il gestore che con il personale delle pulizie, che erano presenti a gioni alterni.Quindi nulla da dire sulla pulizia, inoltre disponibilità a 360°. Per quanto riguarda la colazione brioches e merendine confezionate,ma buone. Unico neo: un po' poche stoviglie, e si dovrebbe responsabizzare gli ospiti su come lasciare tazze e pentole. Comunque da consigliare,se non si pretende una location pluristellata, e considerare il prezzo che viene richiesto, posizione buona e tranquilla, comoda x gli spostamenti ( noi avevamo l' auto). Grazie
