Nice place, friendly service.

No elevator available, only stairs. There is parking but not mentioned on Expedia. You have to contact the hotel about parking.

The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located around attractions

The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The rooms and baths are clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and we’ll be back! On-site parking is helpful. Even though it is pedestrian only in the area, you can drive in. The Paczi offered at the bakery in front are amazing too!

We arrived quite late so reception was not in operation anymore. We got the i structions how to get in but took us some time to find it. However with help of the friendly staff we sorted out. Unfortunately the toilet was broken and we could not flush the water....it qas too late for any service

The hotel was in nice shape and clean. The buffet was very good (the first buffet we had in a while with covid). The two major issues where the mattress was not that comfortable but more importantly there was no air conditioning. We where on the third floor which is basically the attic and on a day it was over 80 F (27 c), the room felt like 100 f (38 c) with only a small fan! The most uncomfortable night sleep. Not designed for hot summer nights.

The Best Place to stay in Zakopane!! Wonderful location, nice staff and a 5 star breakfast!! Will definitely come back!!!

Hotel is lovely our room was so cosy. Only thing for us was that they forgot to leave us towels. By the time we noticed it was too late and reception closes at 6pm. We didn't get them until late the following morning. Hotel is lovely though our room was spotless. Staff at breakfast could of been a bit more pleasant but i wouldn't let that put us off.

The hotel located at a fantastic location. Our room has a window facing Gubalowka, offering a stunning view. While there’S another window facing Kościół Świętej Rodziny. We had a wide variety of restaurant to choose from and a local market, local bakery closeby Only wish is breakfast could be served earlier

Our stay at Villa Vita was outstanding. Friendly receptionist greeted us and was very helpful. Room was very modern and perfectly maintainred. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of closet space for a week's worth. Location was the best in terms of being right on the main road and, yet, at the start of the pedestrian walkway at the center of town.

Nice, modern and comfortable rooms in the heart of Zakopane.

The location of the hotel is amazing: 5 mins walk to Gubalowka cable train and just next to the taxi stand where you can catch a taxi to Kasprowy Wierch cable car. The breakfast was very good: eggs made for you fresh and hot, plenty of different choices (few types of cheese, meat cuts). The heating was very good! The best was the view: from one side Gubalowka, on the other side Giewont with the cross on top.

Room was in third floor attic and without elevator.

Friendly and helpful receptionist at check-in who gave us a map and useful information on what to see and do in Zakopane. We were allocated a quiet room at the back of the hotel, as requested after reading previous reviews. It was on the 3rd floor so the only problem was carrying our suitcases up and down. We left the windows open as the room was warm so we were greeted with Church bells ringing on the Sunday morning. Lovely buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. The hotel was centrally situated and the room a good size.
