Hotel really surprised me, for the cost is very clean and comfortably fit our family of 5. It included breakfast which was very good as well. If you have a lot of activities plan this place is perfect to stay, it’s also close to Los Cabo’s center. The building also has a really good coffe shop and restaurant.

Hello The Hotel Property was in a Plaza Area like The One Hotel I stayed at right next Door to Puerto Vallarta Airport in Late 2019.It was all positives no negative things to say I enjoyed my stay there.

El hotel muy lindo y todo, pero la verdad que la atención del front desk muy mala, habíamos pagado ya las noches vía expedia, y cuando llegamos al escritorio, nos quisieron ver la cara diciendo que no estaban pagados, solo “reservados”, les mostré los cargos en mi tarjeta y fue así que desistieron de decir que no habíamos pagado… revisen esos detalles y listo, fuera de eso el hotel no tiene tema

Not much to do around the hotel, but short Uber ride to Cabo Sa. Lucas. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent, and surprisingly, a really good free breakfast.... not the Continental BS

Staff was friendly, roof top pool is Beautiful great view. Breakfast was hot full of fruit, eggs, breads.

This hotel has one room with a balcony. The view was beautiful, but I checked out early because I was not told just below the balcony was a cemetery. I left after 2-days (7 day stay), as it was the 1-year anniversary of my mom passing and I just couldn’t stay. I was not offered a refund of any kind from Expedia…I felt mentioning the view included a cemetery. During my walks there were no scenic views and only one restaurant close by , but it offered great food.

Absolutely Amazing stay

When we went to check in, the room we were given smelled musty and mildewy. We looked around and the sink had a black stain in it (mold) that clearly could not be removed. There were no windows that opened and it smelled awful. My sister has asthma and there is no way she could stay there. So, we asked for a different room. They found us another room, but it smelled the same. Then they tried a 3rd room, but it also was mildewy and musty. It was clear that it was a problem with the hotel and ventilation, and not just the room. I told them we couldn't stay there, and they said they couldn't give us a refund, that we would have to call Hotels.com to discuss with them. Of course we had already checked in, so we could not cancel at hotels.com. It was 9pm and we needed to find a place to stay so we just left. We found another hotel right down the street that was much more beautiful, and the room did not smell at all. There was clearly ventilation in the room that kept it fresh and smelling nice. I would not recommend this hotel. It had great reviews, so I trusted it but I don't know why people have rated it so high. It was not a good hotel.

Great hotel and location; comfortable, clean, very good breakfast, free parking and access to a real gym. The pool was small and not a lot of options to sit outside in a shady place.

Breakfast buffet included but it was not that great. Clean and comfortable room. Hotel was close to Cabo San Lucas but hotel is in small shopping center but nothing to shop in this center. Nothing walking distance because its on main road. If you miss the entrance you will add another 7 minutes.

Very good stay overall noise level at night not the best however nor the worst

We had been in cabo for over 5 weeks closer to six we tour the condos and air and bbs so th8s was a bit cramped and things and the staff were good breakfast was ok to good value but 10 day stay not so good without fridge and microwave .
