Family room is very big, comfortable, full service The staff was lovely. Come to Phuket for the 2nd time, choose this place. If coming again, will choose to stay here.

It is a very good hotel. And a friendly service. The restaurant is very impressed with it. If you have the opportunity to visit Phuket again. Your hotel will be our first choice.

When check in have some smell in the room.

I love this hotel. It's clean, friendly, and private. I met a friend from Russia here and she stayed for more than 10 days here. The breakfast is enough for me. They are so kind. Near Wat Karon and Karon Beach, also food stall. Near this hotel there is a motorbike rent that cheap and honest. Because the owner gave me the detail about the condition of his motorbike. I like being here.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the beach (which can be a bit too far for some people). But the location is quiet and not too busy. Lots of shops nearby. Our room were big and clean but located on the 4th floor and they have no elevator so take note on that. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We checked out early on the last day, went on a city tour, came back to the hotel and just rest in their common room until the minivan to airport came and pick us. The staffs didn't mind and they allow you to leave luggage and use the toilet as well. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this place
