Was great location very clean. Kitchen could have been better stocked with can opener, cookie sheet, hot pads for oven. There were no games no books provided for entertainment. Smoke detector would activate each time stove was used.

Entry to the property on the first day was excellent , clean , tidy & spacious apartment with a good well organised kitchen , a short walk around 500 yards to the beach. There was easily access parking at the front for a car .

The instructions and information provided by the host were excellent. Property was spacious and clean with a designated parking space. Location was fabulous, close to the canals, which provided a lovely walking area

My husband and I loved how easy it was to check in. The place is spacious and very clean. Parking is literally right in front of the property. Within walking distance to all things Venice beach, there’s also a canal very close.

Quiet location but with plenty of places to eat and only 5 minutes from the beach. Very clean with everything we could need. The owner left clear, helpful directions. We were here for a wedding and had a full itinerary so we weren’t able to meander around to enjoy everything Venice. Guess I need to return! I would recommend this place.

Owners answered my calls and or called back in a timely manner. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and great location to the beach and food.

The property was in an excellent location for Venice. The apartment was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and good dining and lounge area. However, and I have to say this, we were in the ground floor apartment and could hear every footsteps, children running around upstairs and even people using the bathroom. Needless to say this impacted on our enjoyment of the property and serious lack of sleep from all of the noise upstairs.

Very good value, quiet, easy to park, 10 minutes from the beach, toiletries provided, bottle of wine and tea/coffee was a bonus, fyi there is a bit of a walk or drive to find grocery stores or somewhere decent to eat.

Huge one bedroom right next to the canals and 5 minutes to the beach. Couldn’t have gotten a better location. Bed super comfy and had everything needed. Parking right there.

I could go on how nice this property really was, nice and cozy perfect for a small family as well with the truffle bed. Nice and airy gave that beach smell and feel. Definitely will recommend! Within mins from Venice beach and Santa Monica and hope we get to stay again soon!

Great location and the property is an apartment so laundry and cooking facilities - recommend for 3-4 day stay. Close to Abbot Kinney Road, very cool

This was in such a perfect location to walk to the beach, the canals, shopping. It was very cute and comfortable. We enjoyed this stay very much!
