We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning, and were offered another room. We were told the loft air conditioning should be repaired within a day, maybe even later that day. We accepted the new room which had two double beds and working AC and took the hotel staff at their word that the original room would be repaired soon. The new room was smaller with two double beds. For three days, we were told again that the air conditioning was not repaired. On three different occasions we found repairmen in our room working on the air conditioning in the neighbouring loft room with no notification or information from the hotel staff that this would be happening. For the final two days of our stay we were able to stay in the loft room. I asked the staff if we would be refunded the difference in room rate as the loft room is more expensive and we only stayed in it for two days and the staff refused. Unfortunately, a sour taste was left in our mouths because of this. We paid for a room we did not stay in. At least the breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect as it was walkable to everything and the staff was extremely friendly. I would have rated cleanliness 5 stars except that I was walking around in the room in my bare feet, got onto the bed and noticed my feet were absolutely filthy. I was surprised the floors were that dirty, they didn't look dirty. Everything else was clean and wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location, room is beautiful and the staff is fantastic… especially Christopher and Michelle!!! I definitely recommend

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean. Very quiet. The staff was amazing. Perfect location.

Room was clean and there was an abundant amount of space. I liked the little private outside spot we had. Shower was pretty cool to. Over it was a really good experience. Only little thing was the little bugs that would enter.

Veryclean, cozy place.

Beautiful high end elegant accommodations. Court yard open space with fountain and flowers. Unfortunately people were in courtyard just outside my room til 11pm and a light that kept me up. This was late for me since I wake up at 5 am. Internet was low bars but worked most of the time . Its better in lobby courtyard area. Breakfast was a full breakfest and delicious with about 6 choices made to order. I stayed in Deluxe room and friends in loft two level room. Theres a smoking area in the courtyard very close to breakfast area and deluxe room luckily no one was smoking.

We had a wonderful stay at Estrada! The staff were all very welcoming, kind, and friendly. They help us arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel prior to our trip, which was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect and allowed us to walk to plenty of things. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Bistro Estrada this past weekend. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh juice and big smiles. Our room was perfect, very clean adorable. The bistro area is very pretty and quaint. Our server at breakfast (I didn't get her name) greeted us every morning with a big smile. She was very friendly. We also had drinks at the bar one night and the waitstaff there were so friendly. The employees really go out of their way to make you feel special.

There were two things I was not happy with, one, the window curtains are too small for the windows and lights from the outside come in and also in the morning the sun comes thru, and the other thing I was not happy about was the parking, in the hotel description it says that they have VALET PARKING, but they do not tell you that YOU have to go with the valet person to take the car to their parking lot which is 4 blocks away so he can open the gate and then you have to walk those 4 blocks back, and the same will be when you want to grab your car back, you have to walk with the valet person so he can open the gate for you, that is not VALET PARKING. This is something they need to put that in the description of the parking situation. Other than that, hotel is spectacular, bedrooms are very clean and quiet and the staff is very nice, breakfast is also excellent. I'd stay here again but if they fixed the parking situation.

This hotel was great. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The service and workers are all great and attentive. We loved the food and breakfast. Christian made check in/check out easy. He also spoke English. It’s walking distance to everything. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Estrada. It’s a small cozy property with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were nice with a mix of modernist and colonial vibes. Breakfast was great. They lady who served breakfast everyday is amazing. Property is right behind the cathedral so you get the quietness as well as easy access.
