Our studio at the ground floor was modern, good size, but with random balcony that we could not use as the guests were sunbathing just outside it for more privacy so we felt uncomfortable using the balcony which ruined our privacy and comfort. We found 3 cockroaches in our studio which made me paranoid and again, uncomfortable. The cleaning service was so so - we didnt put the towels on the floor as we were happy to reuse them but instead of doing the bare minimum (the beds), they brought us new towels. Some days nobody came or they would come late afternoon when we were back to the hotel. You get a portable stove, but a small microwave would have been more handy. Nice receptionist. For an extra fee, you can do laundry which was handy. Breakfast buffet was not for us or somebody that is vegan, pastries didnt taste fresh, so instead we would go to a bakery walking distance from the hotel. They provide you with sample kit shower gel and shampoo, but you have to buy yourself for the following days which felt like a waste and quite ridiculous as these things cost nothing but instead we had to buy big bottles that we couldnt even bring back home on the flight. We rented e-bikes for easy transport to the city centre, but buses are also available.

Clean and friendly/helpful staff

I liked this quaint property. Our room was kind of different with beds up in a loft. My only complaint is that it was very hot up there and the air didn’t seem to cool up there. The pool, cleanliness and bar area was great. This is a great hotel at a great price.

What an amazing 10 days with the Sunday Hotel family! Our entire stay was perfect. The hospitality was first rate and the location was perfect. We made many, many memories and most definitely will be back!

Excellent place to stay. Relaxing and friendly. Good facilities, wifi and use of washing machine. Good pool - didn't feel overcrowded. 10mins walk from beach.

The staff here were amazing! I am a solo traveler and I felt safe in this neighbourhood. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was lovely. There was public transport only a 5 min walk which easily got you into town and other beaches. There was also a lift so you don’t have to cart you luggage up the stairs. I will be back!

We loved staying at the Sunday hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was terrific and the options at the bar were great. They have a great pool and the rooms are beautiful!

Love the hotel and the staff. Breakfast was delicious. My room was always clean. The pool area is great for relaxing. Great location. Easy walk to restaurants or the beach. Close to bus stop to head to Old Town.

Friendly staff and the room had everything you need. The hotel has a nice pool and pool bar and is in walking distance from many restaurants and bars, overall a nice hotel in a great area

The hotel arranged our shuttle with no issues from the airport, ensured we were picked up immediately as the flight was delayed so our arrival was late and we had never been to the island before. The staff was amazingly accommodating it was 12:30 am and they even kept the bar open so we could have a quick drink before bed. The next morning again they were very helpful and arranged a car rental. The service is outstanding.

I loved staying at this property. The location is good, beaches are close, dining and entertainment and the main road. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Very small and quiet, staff are all very lovely and rooms clean. Only draw back was that our room was on the ground floor right next to the public toilets, elevator and stairs so it was very loud

I booked Sunday hotel as a place to stay on the way to other accommodation because I was coming into the airport fairly late. Everything about it was excellent. Great communication and check in and the room was fantastic with a nice sized balcony. Pool Zumba looked fun and I’d definitely join in if I’d known it was happening so perhaps a bit of info would be good. The breakfast was awesome for an extra cost. One thing that would be nice is a few sachets of tea/coffee in the room to get started. Arriving in late with horrendous jet lag it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of something in the room.

Negative: - Our room was at the basement. There was a cockroach problem. - It was difficult to find someone at the reception. Each time we had a problem, we had to go to the hotel bar and ask for the receptionist/manager. - They did not replace soaps or shampoos during 4 nights that we stayed. - They tried to charge us twice for our drinks (luckily we had the receipts). - Each time we had a complaint, they gave excuses instead of apologizing. Positive: - Location was good. Easy bus ride to Rhodes old town. - Furnitures were new. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen had all the basic appliances. - Hotel staff and manager was polite.

Extremely nice place. Very friendly, family run place. My first holiday as a single female. I totally vouch for this hotel
