The room was dirty, floors hadn't been cleaned, literal fecal matter on the toilet lid hinges, bathroom smelled of urine and mildew. Bathroom door and walls had what looked like drips of liquid running down them that never was cleaned. The fridge leaked water onto the floor and the remote batteries were dead. We arrived at 9pm and left the next day. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights and couldnt handle it.

Cockroaches, very very dirty bathroom, no wifi, warm fridge. Overall, horrible experience. Spend the extra money to go somewhere nicer. Not worth the low price at all. It looked like housekeeping didn’t even clean between guests…. The bathroom sink had someone else’s hair in it, and caked on chunks in it. Toilet had stains in it. Awful… even for a motel.

It was not as clean as it should have been the first thing i saw was the roach I killed it there was finger prints on the wall you could see the dust on the tv the head board makeup on the bathroom sink poop stain in the toilet the sink was clogged with food i bought disinfected wipes wiped it down There was hair in the bed and pillow cases I lysol sprayed it and put a covering over the bed yet i was charged a 50 dollar cleaning fee i should be sendind them a 50 dollar cleaning fee smf

FIRST I COULDN'T FIND MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. SO THE CLERK SAID HE COULDN'T HELP ME (THAT MUST BE WRONG ISN'T THERE A PHN NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THIS SORT OF THING)? THE RM I RESERVED HAD A REFER. & MICRO. W/ ONE QUEENSIZE BED. I HAD TO RENT A RM FOR $100 PLUS $45 DEPOSIT. THE RM WAS FILTHY. THE SHOWER HAD A HOLE UNDERNEATH THE FLOORING. IF STOOD ON A LEG COULD H AVE GONE THRU THE FLOOR. I HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL $6 FOR A REFER TO BE BROUGHT IN AND DIDN'T HAVE A MICRO. I FINALLY FOUND MY CONFIRMATION FROM HOTELS.COM I WENT TO THE OFC THEY SAID IT DIDN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I CALLED THE OFC 3 X'S ASKINGT FOR THE INTERNET PASSWORD BECAUSE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE CLERK. I NEVER GOT THE PASSWORD. I STAY AT MOTEL SIX QUITE A BIT.USUALLY EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTH. THIS STAY WAS A DISASTER. I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED.

House keepers are rude manger didn't care room smelled really badly

There was blood stains All over the pillows and sheets! And to makes matters worse I didn’t notice it because I got there late at night, I just went straight to be and woke up to this and i want to throw up just thinking about it. To makes matters worse Hotels.com probably won’t care because Motel 6 didn’t give a damn when I showed them the mess. The front desk people just laughed and said “that isn’t blood sir, we clean the rooms every day” then what in the world is it ? I’m so disgusted and angry! I’ll never stay here again. I hope I didn’t catch a disease either, people be careful if you stay here.
