We really enjoyed this hotel — the location and the staff were excellent. The only thing that could be improved is having more space or closets in the rooms to store clothes and luggage. The rooms are small but comfortable. If you’re going to the beach, the reception provides umbrellas, large towels, and beach games to take with you. The hotel is close to the Valencia City Hall, El Corte Inglés, and other shopping stores.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were nice, and the location was great. The loft and sun patio was a nice touch. Staff provided beach towel/bags when we went to beach (25+ minutes away) and made every step pleasant. Well done

The front desk, I'm not certain if her name is Ines B, but if it is her, she's warm in her welcome. And she even noticed that it was my birthday on the day of check in and very very sweetly left a present of Valencia flavors in the room with housekeeping. We are happy with the room and its location. The bed is not the comfortable. There's also no air-conditioning in Feb, so be prepared to let some cool air in from the balcony. It's not super noisy at our level 2 from ground. Shower room is nice with amenities.

AMAZING stayed just for one night for east transport to airport from Denia. Upon arrival was greeted right away the lobby smells fresh and clean. The check-in was quick and the staff was so friendly. The rooms are perfect size, modern luxe and comes with converter charger for phones, etc. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and felt rather safe, plus hotel gives security code for on premise access. This hotel is 10/10

Hotel is in very central location. All major old town sites are can be reached by foot. Rooms are very small, suitable for a short stay. Rooms are quiet despite central location. It takes about 30 min by bus #31 to get to the port/ beach.

The staff members were very helpful and the hotel was comfortable and well located.

The moment we walked into Oliveira Rooms and we were greeted by friendly reception staff, we knew we would have a good stay. We had a ‘biggy room’ which slept 6 but was perfect for our family of 4. It was spotless, had a mezzanine sleeping area with a terrace & excellent A/C which was an absolute must in August. Reception leant us complimentary towels & umbrellas for our trip to the beach, which was a lovely touch. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone should they visit Valencia. PS, the restaurant underneath the hotel (not related to it in any way) was also excellent- the tasting menu was 30Euros and delicious
