Great staff. Clean and very safe location.

My main complaint is re: availability ok food. There was a free breakfast buffet that was fine but no other food available the rest of the day or night. Limited beverage selection. We didn’t have a car so this was very inconvenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful ! Room was clean but needs some cosmetic touch ups (visible rust and marks on wall in main room were strange - as if wallpaper glue was overused. Food at breakfast left a lot to be desired but there are great local places in downtown Wilmette proper !! Bed was comfortable- not firm but not too soft and pillows were small flat and very soft so we bought two at the local mall Room size is great !

I had an awesome room with a full kitchen, loved it.

The ac was great. Loved the room set up.

Very clean, nice rooms. Cramped buffet area. Outside of facility could use a little updating. Overall, nice stay, I would stay there again.

Check in was quick. We were offered waters. The desk clerk made recommendations for places to eat, made sure our rewards were linked to our stay.

We stayed in a suite on the second floor. My family had problems with allergies during our stay. I presumed it was a cold or something. Just realized the suite is above the pool and they’ve got a mold issue.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Conveniently located.
