We booked Le Vizir Parc and Resort from 26th Dec - 30th Dec. There were a lot of issues we encountered during our stay at this place and our experience as not a good one 1) The room didnt have a working Airconditioner for first 2 nights and it was very cold for the kids. We were provided additional blankets but that was not good enough 2) There was a continuous noise made by the air conditioning vent which didnt let us sleep. It was later realized that this was related to the same issue as above 3) The cleanliness in the hotel was not good and it was way below a 4 star standard We had to give warning to the hotel management to fix the issues, Considering everything I wont remember this as a good 4 star experience

It was pathetic stay. We reached Le Vizir around 8 pm on 26th Dec. We have been told by reception staff that we have been upgraded to higher room. When we went into the room to our surprise the lights were tripping off as soon as we start the heating. Electrician was sent to our room, he worked till 1 am to make the heating work. Lost first night sleep. 2nd night they told us by the time we come back to the hotel, the light issue will be sorted, it was worst, same problem. A guy (who had no clue of electricity) was sent to our room, he worked till 2 am still couldn't make it work. We had to sleep in cold. next day they offered to shift in another room, but as we were going out they said either we shift now or they can't hold the room, but in the evening the heating was working. I will request you to give me refunds, it was terrible experience, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The whole experience with family and kids is excellent the staff at reception are the ones that makes the difference. Booking your tours the like of abdel khaiq the driver and tour guide the staff at the canteen when it comes to your needs are brilliant I did not have a single complaint from my family definitely coming back to a all halal no alcohol resort.

Excellent facilities throughout resort, enjoyed ourselves hugely, only issue was a bit too far to the centre, the resort did provide a free shuttle which we took advantage of, a few things in the room didn’t work but not really a deal breaker. Will definitely be back 😁😁

I’ve stahed there for over six weeks total. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is good and the service is excellent. The restaurant staff makes me feel like a VIP. There is only one thing that i would suggest for improvement. More western food selections.

Friendly and clean. Welcoming and relaxing. For those with small children, they put up activities to entertain them. Separate pools for children to play and adult to se8m

This hotel does a good job with the hotel room and grounds for children. This hotel does not however serve alcohol at all, which is disappointing if you want to unwind with a glass of wine or have a drink with dinner. Some staff are friendly, others are not. This hotel appears to cater more towards the Islamic crowd as opposed to those who are not.

The first day I arrived i had to ask so many times for a baby cot as i had to keep ringing and asking for it even though i asked for it when booking the room i also received an email of conformation. The Toilet smelled really bad to the point where I had to keep asking them to check it continuously, even though the smell will go away for a few hours later it would come back, one of the hobs were also not working as well as the oven and grill i complained numerous of times but the situation was still not handled. There was no internet what so ever in the room we had to go all the way to Reception in order to get internet which was far I complained so many times to the manager but they were unable to resolve the problem this was terrible.

It could have been a much better experience for my family but unfortunately not due to lack of cleanliness and lack of organization.

Far away from city. Restricted free shuttle times. Taxi costs about £8:00 each way. Last shuttle was at 7:30 pm to come back to hotel so very restricted for food choice as no other restaurants close by. Not well maintained as only one cooker working, heating switched itself off, shower could not stay in handle, no phone directory and had to walk back to reception each time something was not working. Oven did not work. Pools are not heated so could not use them as water was too cold even though daytime temperature was 10deggrees C! No slides in water park as depicted in their photos! Looks beautiful but not very good standard. No activities in the evening. Staff not aware of their own facilities or activities.

We are a family of 4, with two boys age 11 and 14. We booked early over Expedia for a non thrills holiday so expectations weren't high, but we were pleasantly surprised. We hired a car as we didn't want the hassle of taxi's and shuttles and the hotel has secure parking and is easy to get to as long as you have sat nav. Thank goodness for Apple Maps. We opted for a Solarium suite, with a roof terrace. Perfect size for a family our family. WiFi wasn't the best but good enough. The room was cleaned daily, we had to ask for towels day 1, but generally speaking anything you required was provided. We had dinner at the hotel once, but that was only because we went out most evenings, otherwise the meal was nice, we would probably have got bored of half board after a few days. We drove to Marajane (big super market) where we stocked up for lunches and going out. Prices are fantastic and equivalent to a UK Tesco or Asda, plus they have a McD's and several other fast food restaurants. The hotel room has a lovely kitchen, FF etc and cutlery so lunches were sorted for most days. Back to the hotel, they have three pools, one was only for women, a large pool perfect for kids. Lots of kids activities, our boys didn't want to leave the resort. The staff kept the children busy with games at certain parts of the day and with the climbing wall and high ropes, there is plenty to keep children entertained. Breakfast was good. Only 20 mins to get to the Medina from the hotel

Great holiday with the family, kids really enjoyed themselves. The entertaintment staff were excellent really involved the kids in the activities by the pool and in the evening the mini disco was a must with the kids. We had to be back by 8.30p.m to get the kids to the disco! Also had a private ladies only pool. Room wasnt the cleanest but on day 3 there was a difference, had to keep asking for extra towels only gave us two and their were 6 of us. Showers were freezing after 4p.m. overall would recommend based on the staff and theirvinteraction with you facilities were good. Shuttle bus has 8 places and we never seemed to be able to book when we wanted they need more buses!!

We had a terrific stay - it was a relaxing environment after the excitement of touring Morocco. The facilities for the children were excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

So we have just returned from our third stay at Le Vizir and I do hope we will be able to return for a fourth. This place is definitely our family favourite. The boys loved the rock climbing, archery and rope park. My teenage daughter enjoyed the zip wire. My toddler enjoyed painting in the kids club. I enjoyed the private pool for women which now has better privacy, more sun beds and pool towels within the area itself as well as a female member of the animation team on hand. There are tennis courts. There is a hammam. Basically lots and lots to entertain the family. And the grounds are great if you have young ones. Easy to get around with a buggy and lots of place for my boys to let loose. The pools were not heated but there are plans to build a heated pool next year, so worth checking with the hotel if that has been done. If you are British like me, pack a travel kettle and stuff some PG tips in it as well as a couple of mugs, in case you really need a good cuppa. Or get one from the Carrefour for around twelve pounds. I have found few places around Morocco have kettles in the rooms and Le Vizir is no different. I also pack a travel DVD player with some charity shop DVDs, connect it up to the TV and get over the fact they simply do not have CBeebies in Morocco. The rooms are great for families who want more space than interconnecting rooms usually offer & an area they can dine together. The garden suites have two toilets so are more suitable for larger families.
