Service, food, drinks and accommodation were exceptional EXCEPT that there was no GM or assistant GM on duty which meant that Noone thought to communicate with expected guests (like us) that the hotel was closed dur to an evacuation. Clearly noone in the sister hotels was available to help.

Excellent stay, very clean and staff polite and helpful

Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. . Breakfast is easy - buffet style and menu for hot items.. All very good - will stay again .

Fabulous quirky hotel right in the centre of Bristol. The rooms were really nice, the bathroom was awesome - biggest shower and bath you could wish for ! Loved it, will be back again

Excellent hotel, great location and lovely rooms

Great location. Rooms large, very clean, bed very comfortable, large cast iron bath, very good shower. Bar very good. Great wine selection. Staff very helpful. Breakfast a little odd. The cooked items were good, no bread available at the buffet though and despite cheese/charcuterie being on the menu none was put out. Felt the breakfast buffet was very small with limited choice. The items that were out were very good quality though.

Excellent city centre Hotel

We stayed at hotel du vin because it had great reviews. It was fine but the property is quite run down. The cozy bar area and breakfast room are charming but it in general the property is very run down with things left half finished. I would not recommend it unless you know that and are up for a quirky location.

Good boutique hotel in central location in Bristol. Historic building with welcoming atmosphere. Food in the restaurant very good, service staff could benefit from some training but very friendly. Would recommend and return.

Lovely room, large for a standard room. Chic bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast but it has a cosy bar!

Lovely stay

The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing.

The room is Amazing so happy I just don’t want to leave I have and will be here for 16 days and love it Ty to all the staff

Good place to stay except dry cleaning your clothes because they get shrunk
