Wow! What a wonderful pleasure to stay at this bike friendly place in Palafrugell! The frontdesk staff were super helpful getting us checked-in, giving clear instructions on the underground parking for our bikes and providing information about the Sant Marti feastival. We were blown away with the secure bike room with tools, air pumps, bike racks and place to wash your bike!! The best we have encountered in the last 2 months of cycling. The room for tired cyclists was equally as wonderful... spacious, super clean and a fully kitted out kitchen if you feel inspired to cook. And, a large balcony to enjoy in warmer weather. We only had breakfast our last morning at the restaurant and would recommend choosing the buffet. The al carte serving (scrambled eggs and bacon, no bread) was not great. All items were cold and tasteless. The only negative in a wonderful stay.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we ate there a few times bc it was so convenient.

Used this hotel as a base for a weekend wedding. The hotel has a lovely village nearby with nice places to eat and a stunning beach town that is only just under a 10 minute drive away. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food however the apartments were large, spacious, clean and comfy. Definitely good value for money.

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would without a doubt stay here again. The room was very spacious including the bathroom. Kitchen was great and the bedroom was huge for a hotel!! The tapas in the restaurant were delicious and some of the best we tried honestly. Lastly there was tons of free parking all around the hotel for those of you who rent a car. We found it safe and quiet. The town centre is a short walk aways (around 10 min) where you will find shopping and dining!

The staff were very helpful and the service in the restaurant and bar was lovely, food was good too. The rooms have everything you need, although the coffee machine was flashing red and orange light constantly and only one pour button worked. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave as it was one of those multi function ones. The pool area was pleasant. Over all a pleasant stay the area is not as inspiring as some of the surrounding towns though.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms very conveniently located across street from the main bus terminal. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom really needs hooks and a towel rail. Car parking a little difficult as we arrived late.

Our apartment looked brand new, well kitted out and spotless. Loved the shower! Will definitely be back.

The stay was ok. We were given free breakfast due to dealing with a few problems with our room. Our shower needed to be drained, our air conditioner did not work for the first two nights. At first they seemed to not believe us that we were having trouble with the air conditioner. It took a lot of convincing from both of us to get some assistance. They finally notified us that there was a problem once someone else complained about a problem with their air conditioner as well.

Single night on way to family holiday - after 12 hours driving the hotel was a very welcome sight. Designed as “apartments” with kitchenette and balcony these would be great for an extended stay too... the pool was fantastic. Just bear in mind that the main bed will be made up, but if you want to use the sofa beds you have to make these up yourself - more of the holiday home than hotel feel! Parking is a little bit tight, but plenty of space nearby.

Really nice and clean ideal for what we were there for. Did not have any other mirrors other the bathroom one. In an apartment of 4 people getting ready for a wedding this was hard work and could have done with a full length one in the hall way

Check in was very slow, probably because of new staff. Appartment was very nice, but could have been cleaned better. Very nice rooms, location is avarage and a bit noisy.

The apartment is very well designed for a holiday base. The main room has a small kitchen, well laid out for cooking and eating, with a large sofa (-bed). The bedroom is also good for storage; the bed was massive - and very comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower is a superb rainfall/traditional combo and the towels supplied were good quality. Parking was on-street, but - out of season - close by. Handy to have a Lidl just across the road too. We didn't try the pool, the opening hours of which were not terribly useful. Palafrugell is a somewhat anonymous largish town, but excellent road links mean you can be at one of the many amazing coves or beaches in 15 to 20 mins.
