Staff was excellent, room was ok

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente está a minuto Puerta de Alcalá,Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Cibeles y Palacio de Cibeles a 8 o 10 minutos caminando de Gran Vía, Museo Del Prado. Además de un excelente servicio.

Nice rooms

Great location, very clean, quiet, equidistant to everything, good rooms and just a good stay overall. Literally next door to Puerta Alcala which gives you access to Salamanca and old Madrid very easily.

Reception staff is very friendly and helpful during check in. They held my luggage while I went on a tour before I checked in. The room was large and clean. Lots of amenities in the bathroom so you won’t need to pack much. Only thing I wish they had were tissues in the room.

Staff was really nice. Amazed at how big the gym is considering is such a tiny hotel. Location is great, quiet street.

Nice spot

Beautiful property- they adjusted the architecture of this old building to a stunning hotel. Great atmosphere, very well located (walkable to many different places) in a quiet area. The only cons was the size of the room and the size of the bathroom (super small with glass doors that don’t isolate). However the shower- and its water pressure makes for it.

Pros: Good location, walkable to most attractions; comfy bed; nice shower Cons: Atrocious internet - WiFi signal extremely weak, no reception in the room, so can't use my own data either; glass door in the toilet; standard room windows facing an internal courtyard, so natural light very limited. Overall a decent stay, but wouldn't stay again for this price.

The hotel’s location was excellent — just a short walk from La Puerta de Alcalá, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. El Parque del Retiro is also very close, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and relaxing. Despite being in a lively area, the street where the hotel is located is quiet and feels very private. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the bathroom area was a bit small, and the room might feel cramped if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall, a great experience in a fantastic location. Perfect for couples or solo travelers who pack light and want to be in the heart of Madrid.

Me encantó quedarme aquí por lo conveniente que estaba a varias ubicaciones. La cama muy rica, el espacio genial para una persona. La zona se sentía súper segura. Muy buen hotel para una “solo traveler”

Comfortable room and bed. The room did not have a hair dryer and neither was one available at the front desk

Good enough for one night, wouldn’t stay long term, not so good air conditioning.

Ubicacion increible

I would stay here again but the bathroom lights barely worked, a/c didn’t get cold, and the restroom door only opened half way. The shower was nice, staff were friendly, and everything else was very nice.

Great hotel in central location in Madrid

Very nice hotel, service was really thoughtful although we stayed for one night only. The room is not big but had everything needed, and shower facilities were great (Water pressure and temperature were incredible). I loved the little street that the hotel was on - really cool and chic vibe! We would definitely stay there again!
