Noisy area all night, the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to sleep with the windows open to try to cooldown the room. We arrived late at night and they kept our drivers license saying that it was necessary for registration in the morning. Also they try to charge us €3 in cash, but we paid the total in full before we arrived. Their breakfast is a joke, do not count on it. They put out two croissant at the time, counted one per person. I felt bad for the other couple that was there and I didn’t eat my croissant. There is no bottle water available in this property, they told us to drink front the sink in the bathroom.

Hotel was good, b'fast was sufficient. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. But the area is very quiet and if you wanted a coffee after dinner, the bars were closed but we went in winter so maybe that's why.

L'hotel è adatto alle famiglie. Il signor Ricardo ci ha servito molto bene e ci ha dato tutti i consigli e le informazioni sulla regione.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, veramente accogliente. Camera pulita e confortevole.

Nel complesso niente di negativo, se considero che si trova in piccolo paese. Struttura molto casareccia lontano da comfort e servizi di grandi strutture. Però i gestori in particolare l signora molto disponibili e cordiali , colazione con torta della nonna eccezionale. Per breve soste assolutamente consigliato

The hotel was overall nice but the beds were very hard. We could not sleep well at all. We also did not get breakfast as we left at 6:00am to catch a bus and the receptionist said breakfast isn’t served until 7:00am.

Hotel carino e comodo poiche' si trova nel centro del paese, personale gentile forse un po troppo invadente, nel complesso sono soddisfatta del servizio

Ho utilizzato questo albergo come punto di partenza per visitare tanti luoghi d'interesse storico artistico nel raggio di 100-150 km. Una sola nota stonata: credo sarebbe meglio poter far colazione dalle 7.00 am e non solo a partire dalle 8.00 am. A parte ciò nulla da eccepire.

Ottimo hotel pulito , silenzioso comodo X raggiungere le terme di saturnia tutto perfetto a partire dall'accoglienza e finire alla colazione . I proprietari poi molto affabili ti fanno sentire a casa ci torneremo .
