No wifi! Completely healthy.

Staff are friendly, room space is not squashed however the toilet facilities are a bit old and need improvement!

Staying here several times. Always feel satisfied and welcoming by the staffs. The location is quite great since it's next to West Lake-best for a early morning walk to enjoy the fresh air or late night trolling to explore many cool bar / lounge around. Keep coming back and stay here.

I’ve booked the deluxe room (you can check) but somehow they’ve put us into a room which’s lower than a standard room for a 3* hotel. I’ve quit and booked another hotel instead for the other 2 days. Good location that’s everything that I can tell!

Location near West Lake, many West. Price slightly more expensive than quality.
