Nice place if you want to be right in the centre of the city. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion would be to make the parking situation a bit clearer. When we arrived, we were confused because there was no parking belonging to the hotel. We had to double-park to go inside and ask. They actually have an agreement with a local private parking, which is very convenient, close to the hotel, and offered at a great price. They should just make this clear before check-in. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!

Only issue was the desk staff. Rude and always on the phone - felt as though I was interrupting his personal time.

Nice location and house itself. Could use some other disainer than the hospital on, means 5000k lamps and white walls with stone floor. Already a 15 EUR floor lamp from Ikea with 3000K bulbs would make great difference.

Great budget small hostal, near beach, near restaurants. Took public bus 5 stops to the historical centre, only 2.35 euro return ticket. Don't know why it's only 1*, I've stayed in similar accomodations in eg, Cuba, Dominican Rep, they were 3*. True, it doesn't have any windows, but has an open-air terrace on top. Rooms are spacious, huge bayhroom. We had a car, left it in nearby public parking (multi storey) for 2 days, 25 euros. No valet, of course parked it myself. Overall, great.

Although it’s listed as one star, it has everything a traveler needs—modern private bathrooms, room fridge, elevator, roof top deck & microwave/griddle kitchenette. Limitations may be limited staff hours (10am-7pm) and street noise (it’s in an entertainment zone). No a/c or phones but room fans are fine. Book sharing area and hallway sofa are nice.

The check-in service after the opening ours where well organized. You can here EVERYTHING that happens infront of the room door or upstairs. Every step and when somebody uses the toilets in the hallway it sounds like it’s coming out of your private bathroom. So it’s not soundsproof at all. The room it self smelled moldy and where were long hair on the floor everywhere. There was also no window in my room, but that’s a personal preference. I Personals can only recommend the place in emergencies

The hotel is in a good location ... 5 minute walk to the beach ... 30 second walk to a Spar for any supplies you need ... surrounded by many restaurants and bars ... easy to get to .I used the public transport (bus number 60) from airport to Santa Catalina Park and then a 3 or 4 minute walk through the park to the hotel . Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel .I would definitely use this hotel if I visit Las Palmas again !

Room cleaned every other day clean bedding towels etc. Close to shops and bus station. Many restaurants close. Small Juliet balcony bit noisy sometimes. Staff very helpful and luggage store after check out. kettle and fridge in room and own bathroom with shower lots of hot water. Some rooms had to share bathroom/toilet.No food available but a small kitchen on roof with a sitting out area that could be used by all guests.

Fantastic, I was here working with the rally Islas Canaries a Motorsport event annually. It was perfect for my needs, I had a safe, a clean bed and a shower. Very friendly helpful staff. I’d recommend this place to my friends. Absolute great price too. Highly recommended.

Good location: 10 mins from the beach, 1 min from the Catalina park, 5 mins from the bus station Catalina. Hotel is ok, especially for the price you pay. Was very noisy on friday night, because the open terrace bar with load music is located in the builkding next door. Staff were friendly. A bit stressful to use the keys from the doors. If you go to the shared toilet at night you have to not forget the card key from the room as otherwise you stucked in the common area until the morning, Reception does not open at night. Overall good for budget travellers!

Good check-in and nice, compact single room with shower. Comfy bed. Clean shared bathroom outside room, never had to queue plenty of facilities and cleaning was good. Las Palmas is a lively city and you could be at the beach in five minutes down nice, safe streets. Hostal is right by square lined with bars and cafes, so ear plugs not a bad idea for weekend nights if you want to sleep soundly. Port bus station (get off there not San Telmo bus station which is about 30 minutes' walk from the hotel) is very close to hotel, so very convenient for travelling elsewhere.

This is a hostal, and does not have a full-time receptionist or hotel services. Cleaning is done every other day. It was very conveniently located, near Parque Santa Catalina. Buses to the old town of Las Palmas could be caught from here, and the Playa Las Canteras was only about ten minutes walk away. If you can book the Kasa at a good price and do not expect or want luxury, I would recommend it.
