Great location, friendly staff, clean, amazing view of the Mediterranean

It’s the second time I have stayed at the hotel, and can’t recommend enough. A good base for day trips to Monaco, Antibes and Saint Tropez. Quiet, large rooms - the only criticism is the hot water in the shower is only luke warm.

Beautiful view of the water and short walk to Marina and further into Nice. Good locations to see other locations on the Rivera.

Limited parking, government evidently controls when you are allowed to have access to air conditioning, other than that a beautiful location, adjacent chapel is an amazing work of art

Fantastic hotel - this is the 3rd time I have stayed here over last 4 years. Great views of the sea from the sea facing rooms. Lovely restaurant and bar terrace. It is a bit outside Nice - about a 25-30 minute walk to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

We slept with our windows open and got to listen to the waves throughout the night. Just keep in mind, there is no room service here but there are several dining options within walking distance.
