I chose this hotel due to its location and it is close to the pier where most of our activities happen so it serves our needs. It also provides breakfast so we save some dine out expenses.

Very bad place. Rooms smell very humid, cockroach inside the rooms and very dirty place. Also the personnel from the breakfast never changed the gloves from changing the trash to replenishing the food, I was checking her for almost the 40 mins we were having breakfast and I was very discussed. They charged me $90 for extra guests after we left the hotel without me knowing and they saw we were only 4 and my mom got the room next to mine so they knew we weren’t together. They also charged my mom $30 for extra guests as well and they were only 3.

Very clean, convenient, and the staff super nice!!

The overall experience at the hotel was good. Everything was really good and the food. The service clerk was so kind and helpful. I would only suggest to make it a little bit faster when receiving refunds or payments back to one's personal debit card and maybe to have transportation to airport to hotel.Thank you!

Great room with ample space for 3 adults. Staff was welcoming and space was clean, quiet and close to the village. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel in Kailua-Kona. A small pool area, bar, vending machines. Within 4-5 min walk to Alii Drive, the main strip in town. However immediately outside the hotel, it is somewhat limited. There is only one elevator and it can get busy at certain times of the day (eg. breakfast hour). Room rate included free breakfast ... in my case, biscuits & gravy, portugese sausage, scrambled egg, pancakes, bagels, cereals, yoghurt, juices, water, coffee. Reminded me of something you see at the Fairfield Inn breakfast. Room was pretty big, nice king sized bed, convenient outlets for recharging things. All in all, a very decent place to stay.

Clean and quiet, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Easy walk to shops.

very nice property fir family stay. spacious rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and closer to Kona Intl airport.

Great location and comfortable stay. Staff at front desk very friendly. Housekeeping could have been much better. Restroom was not thoroughly cleaned and sheets were not changed during our 5 day stay, although we requested it.

Customer service.

Spent one night on a 2 day excursion to the big island. Difficult to find because we used the address on the GPS but should have used the one on here. (Our directions took us the area NEXT to it but with one ways and fences we couldn’t get TO it). Once we figured it out, we were good. Parking was limited but the front desk helped us find a spot. Hotel was clean. Front desk was helpful. Felt safe. Breakfast was delicious!

Clean and nice staff.

Staff was the sweatiest people. Only thing was that the breakfast sucks. Coffee not a great.

Staff was very friendly. Clean room. Short walk to shopping and beach area.

Haven't received my $150 deposit back yet.

Absolutely blown away by the amazing service from staff at hotel. Donna went out of her way to help us and make our stay wonderful. Great location, large rooms and a comfortable bed.

Area was nice and room was as well. The only issue is that it sounded like something was chewing its way into or out of the air conditioner. This continued even when it was off but stopped for a while if I made noise.

All the staff members were so much co operative. Front desk lady helped us to check in one our earlier as our request. At 9:45 am one male staff member at breakfast helped us to have pancake machine fixed right away so my kids were able to enjoy pancakes. We felt it great. Because 10 am was cut off time for breakfast.
