Nice location, 3 minutes walking from subway exit that literally in the park. Nice receptionist, clean and big room, good wi-fi. My only problem is because I book a non smoking room via this app, but from the hotel point of view they received my order as smoking room, they show me their order form. And it 's fully booked at that time, so no other choice but to stay at smelly room. They tried to make it better by giving a good air purifier inside the room, and also special spray to counter the smell. Nearest conbini is around 8 minutes walking distance.

Quiet surrounding. About 400m from exit 3 nakajima koen station. Clean room and helpful staff. Sure will come back when visiting Sapporo again.

Front desk is very unhelpful. My room not recleaned for 3 nights, even we already tag ‘make up room’. Very bad service
