Great location. Staff is amazing. 25 min walk from old port. Shower pressure was low.

Loved our stay! There were nearby restos, cafes, and groceries which was very convenient. Loved that it was very quiet neighborhood too.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean and fast check in. Convenient parking at $28 a day. Suggest a mirror in the main room and better lit hallways.

The room was not just well designed but comfortable. I especially liked the bench in the bathroom. Most hotels barely have a hook, so the bench was a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay again here on my next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Convenience location Room is pretty new The only thing I want to bring up is the water pressure in the shower is too low.

Have stayed three out of five years at the Alt for the Just for Laughs comedy festival. It is perfect. Great location, great sound proofing, and you can get the room cold. I look forward to next year!

Modern, clean and stylish and at a reasonable price. Location is a bit nowhere, neither downtown nor Old Town but easily walkable to either. Annoyingly they do not accept debit cards and because they tried to take a small amount and then a large amount, before I arrived, my credit card company blocked the transaction as fraud and locked my account! Nice hotel but annoying processes.

Excellent welcome. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast resources a bit inadequate.

Convenient location, but there’s no in-room safe. Unfortunately, this hotel is not a good choice for anyone with allergies—I woke up feeling puffy and wheezy every morning.

Beautiful location, with easy access to Old Town, Lachine Canal walking and bike paths, and Griffintown bars/restaurants.

Nice hotel, pet fees are higher than what expedia says, 45$ versus 30$. The pet friendly room was good, a bit disappointed by the shower/bath setup. Gym is okay, regular pulley system, couple of threadmills. The 7th floor patio was locked, looks good but not sure when it’s available. 7th floor is not really setup for remote work, had to ask them to stop the ambiance music, open area, no obvious closed areas to take calls in.

The hotel itself was great, but the staff was not exactly friendly. They were very abrupt, and a little disorganized.
