Clean, spacious rooms, good location.

We stayed here for three nights. We have family nearby and were attending a wedding. We were really impressed with this hotel. Very comfortable and everything was clean. It is attached to the mall which was really great. You can get into the mall without going outside.

In a time where good customer service is rare, it was great to encounter kindness with both shift employees (especially the one at checkout). They were very nice. I’ve stayed here and in this type of room before, and love it each time. Everything is clean. I had a challenging time controlling the temperature but it may have been ‘user error’. The bedding and towels aren’t soft (matching the level of everything else) but I imagine people take them a lot. I will be staying here again and highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Connected to the mall and very near to a multitude of food choices. Pool was chilly but kids didn't mind.

Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room was nice, clean and well designed. Wifi was spotty, parking lot was a little icy.

The bed had a massive stain on the mattress, and the dishes and some silverware had food stuck on them. Had to pre wash everything i wanted to use, which was a hassle. The ac/heat sisnt properly work. It wasnt picking up with the sensor when in the room, and it would randomly get insanely cold or super hot. The television speakers cut ok continuously and the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned from previous guests. There was a lot of residue around the bowl which caused a gross smell in the bathroom.

It's literally connected to the mall. Was super easy to walk to eat or shop. Seemed brand new.
