I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I had booked a room for $412.77 for the weekend as I was attending the Formula One race, but upon a very late arrival, I discovered that the room was dirty and infested with roaches. When I spoke to the young man at the front desk, he informed me that there was no manager on site and no other rooms available. 
This left me with no choice but to check out immediately, leaving me with no place to stay for the night. This level of service is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
The fact that there was no one available to address the issue and provide a solution is concerning. It is also concerning that such a hotel would have issues with cleanliness and pests. This has left a negative impression on me and I hope you can address this issue and ensure that it does not happen to any other guests in the future.
