Staff friendly and helpful

Hotel was clean, all inclusive food had a good selection , room was lovely and spacious that looked onto the pool ideal, for a short stay break as only a short taxi ride from the airport.

Had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was lovely and clean. The car park at the front was great and very convenient, the breakfast in the morning was great and the food was always stocked up. The room was very clean and had everything we needed!

Friendly reception, very clean and well looked after. Room was good size with a fridge. All in all a nice stay.

We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. We enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, everywhere was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Amazing weather, lovely clean hotel and very yummy food. Live the location, very close to the beach and town for nice walk in the evening.

Lovely hotel

Close to airport for a short stay. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Buffet was a little hit and miss but overall good.

Property well sited for both local town with bars and restaurants as well as an easy walk to the airport. Lots of good wide paths for walking Only disappointment was the shower kept cycling between boiling hot and freezing cold!

We were only there for one day and I had requested an early check in and I'm glad to say we were fortunate to get one. This made our experience of the hotel very good. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The pool area was also well kept. The reception staff were very professional and friendly.

Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.
