Close to the beautiful beach, quick and attentive receptionist. Spacious, cool and clean room. Very ok, next time I come back I will stay here.

The staff is amazing❤️❤️The location su**s! The the beach is dirty...not their fault. The restaurants menu is the worst. The walls are dirty.

First of all, my room was not clean, vomiting, and sand. The toilet is dirty. The wardrobe was broken. Overall not satisfied. Should repair and clean the room more clean. Room 604. The price is 1,018,000 VND, actually 400,000 VND for the room. I am really disappointed.

Too weak water rooms (p503) cannot be used but also assigned to check-in guests. But luckily, the receptionist changed the room to reflect. Resort does not support booking Phuong Trang bus, only for the phone number for guests to contact. Food at the bar is not delicious, the decoration is not beautiful. Breakfast does not taste good again. The service staff was enthusiastic. Also partially comforted :-)

Poor service staff, cleaning room without collecting garbage, and changing bed sheets .. Towels, sheets, pillows, laundry are not clean and look bad.

The room is clean, nice, quiet, suitable for convalescence, but the staff are not friendly, talking with guests is very uncomfortable, buying drinks after having no change is bothered to go back and forth in exchange, 12h is the rule to check out, but about 10 am the call reminds guests to pay in advance for 12 hours because there are guests coming in. Staff are not very professional.
