Too weak water rooms (p503) cannot be used but also assigned to check-in guests. But luckily, the receptionist changed the room to reflect. Resort does not support booking Phuong Trang bus, only for the phone number for guests to contact. Food at the bar is not delicious, the decoration is not beautiful. Poor service staff, cleaning room without collecting garbage, and changing bed sheets .. Towels, sheets, pillows, laundry are not clean and look bad.
