Clean rooms, staff is nice , close to a park and to a hospital . Very friendly area

The room was impeccable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better location I would definitely stay there again .

We had stayed two nights in a row but that wasn't the initial plan. The first night we were on the 6th floor facing the back of the hotel and the room was very nice and modern. The second night we were placed on the 9th floor facing the street because of the view. It was more rustic but both rooms had very hard beds. I'm used to soft beds and was not able to sleep very good. Other than the beds, the stay was very nice. Second night we had my mother in law traveling with us and she had just been released from the hospital. They were attentive to her needs by providing a wheelchair to the room. I would recommend the hotel aside from the hard beds.

Great Stay as always!

We stayed in room 622. Roon was clean, the beds are old an missed - shapped with bumps in some places. The restoom had a sewer like smell. It was nice to have an rionan ironing board in the room. The food in the restaurant was ok and service was slow. The clening ladies on floor 6 do a grear job! The girl and guy at the restaurant were polite ang helpful.

Very nice stuff. Very clean.

Property is centrally located, rooms are comfy, elevators working well, roof pool is nice with very good drinks and music. Food at restaurant just a little pricey compared to other nearby places. The only inconvenience we found was the noise early mornings since our room was facing the main street, so if you're a late sleeper try to request a room in the middle of the building away from street noise.

Great stay in S.L.P. Very reasonable prices for food room service. All amenities functional, good gym and clean pool. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Felt safe and comfortable here. Will return for future stays.

It was in so close to all the stores and to the plaza it was so perfect to get to places around walking distance and the hotel staff is amazing it is 100% recomended the room was ckean and it had everything we needed

Wonderful location

Ubicación céntrica, aún siendo un hotel con estilo clásico, tiene excelentes instalaciones y el precio es muy bueno. Habitación y baños limpios, el restautante tiene comida muy rica y la atención de meseros es excelente. El único detalle que podría tener es que al estar al lado de una calle transitada puede haber ruido en las noches, especialmente en fines de semana. Fuera de ahí, recomendado 100%
