Overall this was a great option, great location was walkable from everything and was very safe! the room was clean and was perfect for a cheaper option hotel. would recommend to anyone coming to madrid

Con: The hostal is in desperate need of renovations. The rooms and bathroom are extremely small. The towels were rough and some of them had a stain on it. The garbage from the previous customer was still in the bathroom. If you need a blow dryer or iron, you have to go to the small hallway and get it from a basket. It gave me cheap motel vibes. It was expensive for a hostal. Pro: it has AC and has an elevator (it’s very small though). It is in dead center of Gran via, lots of restaurants and bars. The receptionist Israel was very helpful with planning an itinerary.

Good experience overall The hostel was clean, safe, and in a great location. Staff was professional and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others. The location was perfect, close to everything.

The hostel is on the 2nd floor and difficult to find. The towels were like sand paper. The AC was nice on a hot day. Location is good, near a lot of restaurants and shops

I had a wonderful experience at this hostel. The location is perfect — centrally located and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, it was good. Location is good and the facility is old. The rooms is rather small and the bathroom is small. There is only one soap for your face and bath and it looks a low price soap. A recommendation to the manager: Please be generous with the soap as guests need good shampoo and soap for bath.
