good location, safe and very clean. friendly staff.

Smelled like smoke constantly. There was always sketchy people. The front desk weren’t very friendly. The rooms were gross.

The staff was excellent, kind, personable, great service. The prperty was ok but for being a pet friendly facility, there wasn't a really decent area for the pets.

Laundry to expensive

We are treated with respect. Our cats and dog are welcome without additional fees being applied.

I made a reservation online for a different type of room then the one I had the night before and the front desk was extremely courteous in making sure my room transfer was stress free

It’s dated but was nice and clean.

We had reserved a non smoking room but when we checked in all they had available was a smoking room and it smelled absolutely horrible. We opened the window (which had safety bolts to leave open a few inches which was wonderful) and after a few hours it was manageable to sleep in the room. We left the bathroom door closed as it was just stagnant smoke smelling but overall the front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. The lighting of the property was great and we had no issues besides the smoke.

Very limited amenities, but there was on site laundry during the day. The ice machine and vending was locked up with laundry, but there was no need for ice because the bucket was cheap plastic without lid and no minifridge to keep it in. Dont bring your own food if it needs heated, because there's no where to cook it either.

Property was great for what the price was. Clean, lots of places to eat across the overpass.

We booked non smoking and they put us in a smoking room! The moved us the next day but that is still a hassle. They said well you can try to stay somewhere else… never again. Thankfully we were there for a short stay and only need the room to sleep.

We book a non smoking room but when we got there they had only a smoking room. That was herbal! The girl at the recipient was very sweet but there was nothing she could do to help. We left and we did not stay there

We showed up and because they overbooked we were given a smokers room. We didnt have the luxury find another hotel since we were checking in late so go stuck in a musty room with an unkept bathroom and peeling paint.
