Very basic quality of room

Great 4 night stay! Excellent breakfast and dinner! Excellent staff! Comfortable beds. Rooms are a little old and outdated. No bar fridges in rooms. But it doest take away from the beauty of the place or experience.

Great venue, kids had such a great time and the adults relaxed. Super friendly service and the food was fantastic.Will definitely be back.

A very comfortable stay despite the poor weather. Enjoyed the heated pool.

Construction or refurbishment of some buildings were in progress until 9:30 pm and only stopped at our request.

Its a destination made for adventure... Paths and trails need to be better marked!

Very nice property but let down by the quality of food in the restaurant. My dinner was cold and virtually inedible - a curry, where bone and gristle were the main ingredients - but, to be fair, the restaurant manager handled the situation very well. I was also concerned that the hotel tried to recharge my credit card for the stay, despite having prepaid with Hotels,com.

Wonderful stay!

Accommodation was super comfortable and the rooms were neat and tastefully decorated. We would love to return.

A staff member called Charmaine was extremely helpful, as were the manageress and staff! Extremely pleasant sty and definitely recommend it! Only thing that would be great is a bar fridge in the cheaper rooms!

Peaceful & quiet, just what I needed for a one night stay. Dinner & breakfast was good, enjoyed the Spa treatment. Stay was too short to experience the forest walks and other facilities, will definitely visit again.

Was weary because of bad reviews but what a pleasant surprise. Rooms are beautiful, clean, comfy beds, spacious, Lovely staff, food was great. Up to date and wonderful hotel. Beautiful setting. Hikes , mountain trails, tennis, mini golf, bar with pool area. Loved it all!

The room was great, except that it didn't have any fans or air conditioning. The biggest though was that upon checking in, we were not informed whether the breakfast (or any other meal) was included or not in the price we paid. We were just told what time the meals are served and only found out later that none of the meals are included in the price we paid.

The resort is located far from any town or city. Very rural and pretty rustic. The rooms were clean but very dated and worn. The bed was comfortable for one night. The rooms are spread over a large area, so be prepared to walk a distance to get anywhere around the resort. If was one of the few places to stay for a long distance in either direction, so it was good for my one night stay.
