Was an average hotel, with a sub-par overall experience: Upon check-in (and needing anything) the staff is almost never attending the front desk; You’ll need to dial a number on a phone sitting on the counter - even if they’re sitting 10 feet away, watching TV in the back room. And when they come to assist, it feels like you (their guest) is a big inconvenience. I had this experience at check-in, also when we needed new sheets. We had to ask for new sheets, because sheets on one of the beds appeared to be stained from a previous guest. Then what I was given, was another pile of crumpled sheets - I had no confidence the new sheets were washed, as they made no attempt to even have them folded. The breakfast was also a sub-par experience, one or two selections of cold cereal, and milk and OJ in pitchers, which looked rather old.

The hot tub out of order, staff takes long time.to come to check in, the breakfast no protein and went early 7 am and no napkins forks refilled what could find in cabinet.

The room had black smudges on the walls in the room. Black finger prints on the hand towels. No vending machines. No operating pool or hot tub as advertised.

Language barrier. Breakfast there wasn't much for options. The syrup must have been old, was VERY tacky like glue. Juices sat out on the counter and were WARM! Sheets were dirty so we slept on top of the bedding. Bathroom was dirty, mold in the shower area, mirrors were all dirty, towels stunk and the whole room stunk bad. The room was very dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Noone was ever at the front desk. Hot tub was not working. In the pool area, there wasnt extra towels only 3 towels out. Ants all over inside the pool area floor. Pricey for one night stay.

Everything about the place was nice but the staff had a little bit of an attitude when we checked in later, everything was great

Hotel was clean and accommodating.

There was no one at desk for check in. I needed to ring phone and this was at 7 pm. No one at checkout and I had to go through a pile of receipts left on desk to find my receipt. The rooms were excellent, clean and it was quiet.

Nice place to stay while fihing lakes in the area. The Continental breakfast is a nice fast perk.

Staff was very rude, asked for my key to be reprogrammed his wife/coworker had to let out a very audible groan because I asked for something while they were in the office watching a movie. Hallway smelled like sewage the entire time we were there. While we were gone some one was IN our room and wrote on our bathroom mirror “I will watch you sleep” very unsettling especially having 2 BABIES sleeping in our room!!!

Very poor check-in. Not welcoming and at check out, bills on the desk in a stack. No one at the desk. The hallways smelled like sewage back up when we arrived but by the end of our 2 day stay, it wasn't as bad. Morning breakfast was questionable. Coffee out and coffee by enterance, for guests, was cold.

Staff is very polite, appears only a "couple" runs and operates the hotel; however, they must be overwhelmed with such a large facility. The headboard did fall off the wall in the middle of the night and strike my husband's head. We informed the hotel's management. We were never asked if he was injured or the possibility of compensation, but we were heading to my mom's funeral, so we just moved on. We were also not overly impressed with the breakfast freshness, but we always understand the difficulty.

The guy at the front desk was rude. Snipped when I said we have a service dog. No sheets were changed , no shampoo enough for me or my kid or husband. Coffee maker had a coffee bag left in it and an empty beer can in the room. It was freezing walking in the hallways. And the owner parked in the handicap parking when we needed the front one for our daughter. No sticker on plate or a hanging handy cap sign. Breakfast was a joke. And charged me way more than they advertised to me.

We arrived really late and last minute. Check-in was quick. The room was cold, especially the bathroom. Turned up the temperature, and it was really hot. No reasonable middle temp. The hot tub was closed, and the water was yellow. The pool was okay. The breakfast was not the best. Very limited to a few carb items, but you get what you pay for. It fit what we needed, but definitely not the 8.2 rating that Expedia gave it.

The price was amazing but we had issues with the heat in our room....the hallways were freezing....the breakfast was a let down compared to most hotels and I noticed at the pool the drain strip thing near the pool was full of hair and it was right where people tend to walk

Staff was rude. All hallways and pool area was dirty. Hot tub was not working. Rugs were rolled on the edges and torn making it a trip hazard. No vending. Ice buckets very dirty.

Room was fairly clean, but the rest of the facility was not.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was uncomfortable—after providing my driver’s license and credit card, the staff member returned my license but then made a phone call while holding my credit card, speaking in another language and looking at it for several minutes, which felt inappropriate. The lobby was dark with an unpleasant odor, and both the lobby and hallways were freezing. Amenities were lacking as the pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was out of service. Upon entering the room, I noticed spills on the coffee table, a dirty bathroom counter, and what looked like vomit on the toilet front. The bedding also appeared very worn. Additionally, the lamps were outdated and didn’t allow room for charging blocks to be plugged in, and there were no USB or USB-C outlets available. The breakfast was also pretty skimpy. With some attention to these details, this hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.

When you entered the place was freezing, no vending machines, half the outlets on the room didn’t work, hot tub was cold, pool was freezing, breakfast….ugh. I would not recommend this hotel

We have stayed here previously. It's convenient for our purpose. We will no longer stay there again. The towels are stained and yellow. The bedding is the same. Stained and greasy looking.

There was no one around if you wanted to ask questions. Normally there is people around that place was dead. Will not stay there again.
