A great place to stay if bicycling! Room had enough space for our tandem bicycle. Food was fine. Didn’t try the pools but there were others that seemed to enjoy them. Parking is a bit tight in evenings. Nightly entertainment

Good hotel if you want to be a lot of other Brits. Location is a little out of town - walkable but along a main road

Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony.

Location not great. It’s approx 2.5k from the main port. You’ll need a car or the patience of a saint waiting for the buses which I never found ran according to the timetable. It was €3 per person for a single into the port. €9 single for all 3 of us, followed by another €o to get back. €18 each time we wanted to go into the main port. If you walk it, you risk a dark main road without pavement for most of the trek. Taxi’s we’re overrun, need to wait 40-50mins for one. If the restaurant and buffet on site were better then we may have been happier to eat on site more often. Rooms were basic but offered amenities you wanted. They weld the door key to the air con card to prevent you from keeping the air conditioning on while you’re not in the room. The efficiency of the air con wasn’t great so it took a long while to cool the room. Front door has a large blurred window resulting the room being fully lit up first thing in the morning.

Reception staff member who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Food quality was good and choices were varied. Pools were beautiful and extremely clean. Hotel is extremely family and children friendly.

An amazing hotel, with excellent staff. Cant fault anything about our stay. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location is about a 25 minute walk into Pollenca Port town , but we enjoyed the ride on bikes, which you can hire from the hotel. It is very cycle and scooter friendly with seperate lanes just for walkers and cyclists. Room was spotless, and cleaned regularly. The gym and spa are great (adults only). I miss the place already! Food also very good standard! well done all around.

Staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived (earlier than specified check-in) to when we left (much later than check-out). The room was clean, light, airy and spacious with regular cleaning throughout the week. It was always possible to find a quiet spot to read or sunbathe, but the bus stop was at the edge of the property so easy to get to Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa too. Evening entertainment was varied and good quality, along with the food. We'd definitely go back.

The hotel is spotlessly clean & the food was great particularly the breakfast, I have no negatives as far as this place is concerned.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Good facilities, modern and well laid out room. Ample parking. Nice selection of pools. Quiet and very close to both Port Pollença and Port Alcudia. Would definitely return.

problem neighbour (noise) was dealt with swiftly by the local police. A problem with patio doors was sorted within 2 hours. Great

Nice hotel, not self catering, although we rented an apartment, there was no kitchenette and the rooms wasn’t serviced properly. In fact it wasn’t serviced at all one of the days. There was a deposit that had to be paid for the room, a separate deposit for the safe, a separate deposit for towels, had to pay in advance for massages and had to buy vouchers for dinner. This cheapened our experience.

Very good family suites, super pools, good mini market, very friendly staff. Might have bit more sunbeds next to the main pool and there were nowhere to eat at the hotel at 5 pm. Just drink bar but no food.

The property looked brand new! Refurbished! Very clean and spacious! They upgraded us to a suite and it was stunning. We had two sun beds outside. No faults ! Except the sofa bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows should have been regularly square ones ..it was hard to get to sleep ( just a personal preference) otherwise, a great location and a lovely accommodation.

Great hotel, with great staff. Location was ok, 1mile walk to town and beach across from hotel was a small rocky area. Had to walk or drive to a proper beach. Not a hotel issue but more of a location issue. We would still come back to this hotel.

Club del sol exceeded our expectations, it is a phenomenal venue for a family holiday with first class facilities for children and adults. The staff were excellent and were helpful in all scenarios. The food was the best i have ever had in a spanish hotel with lots of variety including local and home cuisine. There is a fantastic little shop on site for self catering or if you are doing b/b. Puerto pollensa is only 5 mins away on the bus at 1.55 euros each with a bus stop right outside the hotel or a taxi is 7 euros. The wifi could have been better if it was needed, that would be my only niggle but definitely not essential for a trip as phone signal was generally good for 3g. Highly recommended

Great accommodation and nice touches like a cleaning pack left in the apartment containing cloth, washing up liquid and scouring pad. WiFi coverage/reception strength in the room ( room 4104) wasn’t good, however

The whole experience was very pleasing but without a doubt the staff made it well done
