Affordable, Clean, Convenient

It affordable no frills. I thought i had a tub I always want a latch on the inside (door stopper) Nice place

The bed was too small. It said queen but it looked like a full size bed. The room had an odor which was also in the bed. Luckily I brought my own blankets and pillows. The room just felt unclean. The staff were very loud in the morning. I will not be staying there again.

My family and I booked a last minute hotel. Please don’t book here. It was cheap but you really do get what you pay for. There was mold in the ceiling, the doors and walls had chipped paint, the floor board looked rotten, the walls and floors were dirty, and the receptionist was rude. No breakfast was included and it was so noisy until past midnight. We really wanted to leave but we were so exhausted. Dave your money and book elsewhere !

The room was clean but missing base boards, terrible peeling paint throughout, damaged nightstands and phone cords stuffed into drawer while still plugged into wall. No phone.

Staff was friendly and everything was newly remodeled which made enjoying the space easy. As someone who traveled to Santa Barbara frequently in the past, I would never rent a hotel because pricing for this is more than the gas from my previous home. However, the price to quality ratio for this property would definitely have me rebook if I needed to stay in the area again in the future. I’m glad Expedia was able to show me this place.

The room is too dusty and smelly.

Check in was easy and staff were polite. The room, shower, and floors were clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. We had to cancel at the last minute our last night that we had booked due to having to leave town earlier than expected. The staff were very gracious to not charge us even at the last minute. This was an unexpected surprise and was greatly appreciated.

Clean room and fresh linens. The only thing i don't like is the jetted bathtub is broken. They should fixed it before guest accommodation.

Clean room! Lady who check us in was helpful did a quick upgrade. Nice and quiet area. When I ask why the room didn't get service next day a guy told me I have to call and request it. Very awkward!I just ask for 2 more towels and left. You shouldn't ask for service, it should have been included!

Room was very clean, and better than the 2 star ratings I expected. Some minor upgrades to the bathroom would raise its standing. The location on a busy street has some issues with noise, but overall a good location and facility for a short stay.

Calm place to stay at but parking lot did get full and couldn’t find a place to park.

Great location and good price.

Room smelled like cigarettes smoke. I asked to be accommodated by any way and they mentioned there nothing they could do. When I woke up the following morning everything on me smelled like the room. It was supposed to be a non smoking room.

The room we had wreaked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom door did not shut properly. The beds are not connected to the wall and have rollers, so if you try to sit up in the bed, the mattress rolls away. The wifi connection is also super bad. One of the two nights we stayed, we returned to the motel and there were no parking spots left, nor was there street parking in front of the motel. We had to park a ways away in the nearby residential area.

We’re told 2X’s no smoking by the desk reception. Sorry, she had no kind of hospitality. 😞Duh! We booked a non smoking room. We get into our rm 3 burn holes on the beds comforter, cluttered furniture, Bed sank in the middle slept so uncomfortable.

This is small budget-friendly property. You get a room and not much more. The bed linens and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was some old dust in the corners and on the AC unit. Toilet paper, toiletries, towels were provided. Large-screen TV in the room is hooked to cable, 100s of channels available. Free wi-fi. The area around the property appeared safe, there were several cafes walking distance. 10 min by car to downtown.

The room was clean as well as the whole property. My family & I felt safe & comfortable during our time there.
