First of all, my room didn't have remote TV, when I asked the staff at the check-in counter. She showed me very impolite behavior and rudely told me if there was no remote TV, I could see my phone instead. This is unbelievable attitude I have never ever met before. On 25March, I left that hotel early one day, the elevator didn't work. And I had to bring my suitcase down 6 floors. I am completely exhausted and disappointed with this stay. I need a clarification this case, I cannot accept the service like that.
