The check in wasn’t good. They gave us a key to our room. When we got into the room someone was already there. Not the greatest experience.. the air conditioning didnt work in the second room they gave us. Finally the third was good.

Great place and excellent staff

Breakfast from 8 am is not convenient. We missed them all, one day we were picked up to do a Fatima tour at 7:20 am and the next day we need to go to the airport early in the morning and same history, breakfast missed.

Would of been helpful to have breakfast starting at 07:00 as we had early trips planned

Excellent location. Many local restaurants, bar and Saldanha shopping centre. Just few steps from Campo Pequeno and Saldanha metro

It was nice. Nice location. Breakfast is very simple. Coffee machine is great. The beds are comfy, rooms are updated with balcony.

Clean room, quiet place

Staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in and out. There was a male staff member at the reception who was cold and indifferent. Not even a hello or have a safe trip to us as we left the hotel. Breakfast was delicious; kudos to the kitchen staff. Room was clean, organized and well stocked. We stayed three nights and did not need room service. Bedding was okay and climate control made for better sleeping. Fridge was disconnected but we did not need to use it. Flat-screen tv with numerous channels in multiple languages. No microwave in the room but staff kindly allowed us to use the one in the kitchen area. Reliable elevators. Eco-friendly hotel.

I don’t want to make damage to anyone, but in regards cleanliness: The shower floor was covered with fungus as well as the bathroom ceiling. The amount of 20€ was charged additionally for taxes? The breakfast bar was very limited and placed without any cover. I have photos of the bathroom ceiling and shower floor.

We enjoy very much, nice staff , very clean and many restaurant around.

Nice fresh breakfast buffet. Not huge, but has plenty to select.

Nice hotel, with easy bus/taxi journey into central Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the temperature of the shower would jump from ok to very hot every minute or so. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from.

Clean hôtel. Close to public transportation. Nice and friendly staff.

1st room dirty but they changed after I found some died insect in my bed
