We received a very warm welcome, although we had some difficulty speaking English. The location is good, with a regular shuttle bus to the train station and Disneyland, including DisneySea. The hotel was impeccably clean. Unfortunately, we couldn't try their spa as it's closed during the day. We'll definitely return if we go to Disney again with our children.

Shuttle bus service to Disneyland and DisneySea is the plus point. They also have a Family Mart inside the hotel.

Early in 2019 I and my family vacationed in Tokyo and visited my first child who was studying, through the application I bought a disneylend ticket and Emion Tokyo Bay hotel voucher that was located not far from Disneyland, what we found all according to the description in the application. We are very satisfied, especially the hotel provides a shuttle that makes it easy for us at any time to the Disney resort area, this year's vacation is very pleasant.

Hotels with spacious rooms are suitable when traveling with family. Clean rooms. Available for onsen but paid. Inside the hotel there is a family mart. Breakfast is delicious.

Pro: Spacious, clean and very comfortable room. They provide everything we need inside the room include small thing like kids stapper, kids size bathrobe, etc. We had a family room with 4 semi queen bed plus 1 extra sofa bed. Nice area, not too crowded, and restful. The official hotel for DisneySea and Disneyland, so they have Disney store on the 1st floor and there is free shuttle bus to Disney. On the 2nd floor, they have Family Mart, vending machine, table for eating, laundry, and spa. Cons: A bit far from the nearest station (Shin-Urayasu), its around 10 minutes walk (800m).

Very clean and very comfortable, walking 15 minutes to aeon mall/ Jr station. The hotel provided shuttle bus free almost every 15-20 minutes to Disneyland and Disneysea
