I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I paid for the first night when I checked in and the hotel staff told me I could pay for my 2nd night/remaining balance on my check out but instead they deactivated our keys on the 2nd day and we were unable us to get in to our room at the end of the day. I went downstairs and they said ours keys were deactivated because the 2nd day was not paid. The hotel staff should have told me to pay in full the 2nd night but instead the hotel opted to lock us outside our room. I found this hotel attitude very disrespectful with their guests.

The hotel was really nice. Staff really helpfull. I had two a/c's but one wasnt working sofa bed really comfty but overall we had a good time

This is a nice comfortable hotel in an uninteresting commercial town. English spoken by front desk and some staff. Good buffet breakfast. No pool but secure garaging for cars.

The room was more basic than anticipated. It was clean but for example there was only a thin sheet on the bed and a tattered old blanket rolled up in the closet for warmth - it wasn't very clean or fresh so I was freezing at night (in winter). The staff was nice and it is a 5min walk from the big shopping center with many restaurants so very convenient. If you are looking for a place to park your truck and clean up after a day in the field then this is the place for you. If you are used to at least IBIS level, you will find this place very spartan.

Como sempre, o Executive não tem erro. Boa localização, café da manhã bom e boa acomodação.

Quarto e banheiro bem limpos. Só sugiro que poderiam trocar o lixo do banheiro para um de pisar, para não ter que encostar a mão nele.

Quarto bom porém impossível tomar banho de água quente em uma temperatura razoável, primeiro que não regula segundo que a vazão da água é pessima, pouquíssima água… NÃO FIQUE NO APTO QUE E DE FRENTE A AVENIDA POIS 6 DA MANHÃ COMEÇA O BARULHO INFERNAL, impossível seguir dormindo. Café da manhã bom e estacionamento excelente.
