The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Lovely view of ocean and pool from room. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

It was a good stay. Breakfast was good but if it has the toaster we are more happy. Swimming pool conditions was good and enjoyed very much.

Great service from staff, we loved the hotel amenities and breakfast buffet was great. Will definitely book here for my next visit to Ishigaki.

Lovely place and wonderful view

部屋や大浴場、プールは写真と実物がかなり差がありました。驚きと残念さがありました。ただ、駐車もしやすく大浴場の湯は温かくよかったです。

Well maintained comfortable hotel. To maintain independence it is good to have a rental car. The shop next to the reception is an advantage. Breakfast is good and varied, more geared towards Japanese visitors.

It's all good. Not too far away from airport or city; staff are nice with great services, the pool and landscape setting was great! Breakfast can be improved,

The room is perfect - you can see sunset from the tub in the room and it is very well decorared!

We stayed in the older part of the building (main building), so wasn’t the most modern, but the view from the room was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The pool area looked great, but never got the opportunity to test it out as we had too much exploring to do. One of the beds in our room was a little squeaky and not as comfortably as the other one. I did request an additional pillow, which was very fast to arrive and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The onsen was wonderful, especially the outside one where you could gaze up at the stars. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

Great staff and location! The property is smaller than advertised, but the amenities are all clean and excellent. There were plenty of options for breakfast, though most were Japanese and not to my liking. I loved the coffee and juice options, but had to find food elsewhere once we left the hotel. The infinity pool is excellent with a great view looking over the water and Taketomi Island! The only complaint I have is that our hotel room was infested with small ants that would pop up occasionally on the counter space next to the bed. The bugs were small and sparse enough that I didn’t feel the need to switch rooms, but every time we returned to the room, I would find a couple on the counter. I would recommend this location to a friend if they are looking for a place that is affordable with good amenities, and (mostly) clean.

Great location with amazing view on the water and sunset. Hotel has an great pool and modern rooms. We greatly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel for the budget-minded. Pool is wonderful and there’s a lovely walking path that goes along the water in both directions, right in front of the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Little things could be improved like better pillows and bigger and better towels and beach towels. Liked the water bottle filling station instead of more plastic bottles.
