great staff, nice room int he new wing. missing some furniture on the balcony

I absolutely loved my stay at the Beach Hotel Sunshine Ishigakijima in Ishigaki. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the onsen felt private, clean and relaxing and we loved lying by the pool with hotel-provided towels. Best of all, the restaurant staff went out of their way to help me eat gluten-free safely. As someone with celiac disease, this is a rare and very appreciated service. I am so grateful to them for making our family vacation the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Sunshine Beach!

The pool was a bit cool for swimming, but we expected that at this time of year. It was great, though, sitting out in the sun loungers around the pool and enjoying the sun and sea.

It was a good stay. Breakfast was good but if it has the toaster we are more happy. Swimming pool conditions was good and enjoyed very much.

Great service from staff, we loved the hotel amenities and breakfast buffet was great. Will definitely book here for my next visit to Ishigaki.

新館のビューバスコンフォートというお部屋にしました。大きな窓ガラスからは、竹富島を望むオーシャンビューが広がり、海と空の変化をいつまでも見ていたくなります。

Lovely place and wonderful view

部屋や大浴場、プールは写真と実物がかなり差がありました。驚きと残念さがありました。ただ、駐車もしやすく大浴場の湯は温かくよかったです。

Well maintained comfortable hotel. To maintain independence it is good to have a rental car. The shop next to the reception is an advantage. Breakfast is good and varied, more geared towards Japanese visitors.

It's all good. Not too far away from airport or city; staff are nice with great services, the pool and landscape setting was great! Breakfast can be improved,

The room is perfect - you can see sunset from the tub in the room and it is very well decorared!
