WiFi did not work at all and they charge for parking which was not disclosed at time of reservation

The clerk was very friendly. Our hotel room furniture ( couch had corner bitten off, side of the desk was bitten off. bathroom tile was loose and under the bed we noticed paper scraps and a bitten apple. The pool was dirty. The elevator had urine maybe from a pet. I could not believe my eyes and I regret the hotel we checked into.

1 fork, 1 butter knife, 1 spoon 1 coffee cup, no dish soap. TV did not work-would not connect to Direct TV

Meganne was amazing at checking us in and just overall so friendly. Staff interaction was great. However, we found the AC in our room was either way too cold at 65-68 or kind of humid and stuffy from 70-74…couldn’t find and happy medium. Our toilet would only flush every other use and the morning of check out found a dead roach the desk. Really wanted to like this place, but we most likely will not be coming back.

Our family trip was pretty smooth staying there was great . The best beds I’ve slept on in a long time !!!! Breakfast was ahhh ok I guess. The pool was nice my kids loved it . Plenty of restaurants near by and close to the beach . I would definitely book this place again

Comfy bed, quiet rooms. Overall nice stay. The only downer for me was the coffee for breakfast was terrible.

Gross hotel room- never again. Barely cleaned and we found dishes with old food, women's hair balls every where, old moldy food besides the bed, stained sheets and just much more. Room service only available if you stay 3 nights. At least the staff was friendly enough.

The staff is very nice

Not enough towels 1st day, next day no clean towels available, stayed six days and never came in to clean our room. Breakfast was ok, room too small for 3 people.

Easy on off to the freeway but access still under construction. Staff was tremendous.

There was water damage all over the room and property. The curtains were water stained. I was provided towels that still had hairs on them. The staff was very friendly and helpful however.

The room and service was absolutely amazing. My problem with my stay was the breakfast. Makes me wonder if the staff and managers have ever tasted their own food.

Our stay was very comfortable, staff was great, the only thing is that the breakfast wasn't that good and didn't have much.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very friendly and nice as were the rest of the staff at the Hotel. 1st time to stay there and will again.
