Bedsheets we're dirty, towels stained, after reporting the dirty sheets housekeeping didn't change them out. Also no facial tissue even after day two.

Sketchy hotel....if you dont mind staying where their local homeless stay. Also drug activity and use in the area. Goes to show you get what you pay for. Certainly not suitable for families and elderly. Young and middle age stay at your own risk.

Very mid. Room was fine but just a 2 star motel for sure. People like living there so room number plays a large part in feeling safe I’d say.

They were comfortable

The linens were clean. The tv didn't work. There was an open gap at the bottom of the door. The crash bar was ripped half off the door frame. The toilet seat slid sideways.

Arrived and didn't have room I booked so had to settle for a different room. Had to keep getting key programmed to open the room door. Had just had a drug bust on the property. The parking lot was trashed and the staff was rude.

Was old not will Kept up and toilet was small.

Good to stay for a few nights

All was done well.

They did set me up we another room that was cleaner.

I liked the free breakfast! The property is convenient to shopping. It is easily accessible. Parking is convenient. Thank you, very much!

Affordable and in a good location (within walking distance of James Madison University and numerous shopping and dining options)

The room was updated, tidy and nice. Desk clerk was respectful and helpful.

Pictures of lodging is misleading. Doesn’t meet the expectations set by pictures. “Breakfast” was just some bread and coffee.

Doors need to be updated/repaired to assure seal and security. Outside trash cans need emptied more often.
