El hotel en sus habitaciones no cuenta con botellas de agua al ingresar y las camas son muy pequeñas cuando viajas en familia es algo incomodo

Clean and quiet, but basic room, in a good location. Good restaurant and great coffee shop

Very nice hotel, safe to walk at night, many restaurants nearby, Paseo Montejo has many beautiful views. We always come back.

Convenient location, large pool. Fine overall. Lacking in details: no coffeemaker, bottled water, or hand towels.

My only complaint was the bed was too firm.

No breakfast free but clean room y good location

La ubicación es buena. El personal es amable. Se sirve desayunos (no comida y no cena). La habitación presentó fallas, las reporté y no lo resolvieron. Fuga de agua en el tanque del sanitario, lo que significó un desperdicio de agua de manera contínua por varios días. En la regadera se ven espacios oxidados y mal selladas las tuberías. Con gusto regreso a Mérida y no a ese hotel.

A/C not working properly and makes a lot of noise , sliding door of the shower not working properly, mattress had a red stain, I think they should take care more and have better maintenance, the location is perfect but the building is old and with a lack of good maintenance

The location was great, right on the Paseo. The hotel was generally clean. We were given a wheelchair accessible bathroom, which we had requested, and that was helpful. Unfortunately, the water never got hot and the shower flooded the bathroom. The cafe downstairs did have excellent croissants, though.

Bottles of drinking water (1 bottle a day) gratis, any more at 20 pesos per bottle. But it’s not in the room and not handed toyou at check in. You need to know that it’s available and ask for it at the desk.
