The quality of the rooms, is better than the price dictates. The maintenance guys are on the spot if needed. Staff is nice and considerate.

Pretty bad….bathtub is disgusting, frig leaked on floor (lucky I didn’t fall) & tv didn’t work. Night front desk guy was friendly, morning gal not so much. When I told her about the tv she said there’s a 2 step way to turn it on.. instructions I. Room would’ve been nice. Re: frig, she said it was probably unplugged so leaked. Why unplug it when guest is coming & put something on the floor to soak the water. If I had fallen you would have a lawsuit on your hands!!

Carceral vibe from get-go. Can't blame staff they are dealing with vulnerable population. Room in abysmal condition. I would like a full refund as well as an explanation for the reason this shows up with a 5 rating? Is it because there aren't enough motels in the area so you turn a blind eye? Shameful. I'll save the photos where I had to spread out some winter jackets and other stuff I was moving to storage so just so I'd have a couple reasonable places to sit down or heaven forbid try to sleep on the bed. Musty. Thick layer of grease on the tv, like someone was frying bacon underneath it. Has anyone from your organization ever set foot on these premises?

The staff was friendly,curious as well. The manager the cat that runs the joint...really nice too. Very understanding. I enjoyed my 6day stay...thank you.

The staff treated people like people. The property was well kept.

Unfortunately it was not properly cleaned , the room we had had too many bugs for us to feel comfortable

It looked like it was falling apart.There were people living there with their dogs.It was not clean things were not working in.The bed was the most uncomfortable thing i've ever slept on

Bed frame was conpletely broken on 1 of the 2 beds. The room was dirty,blood on the box spring. Holes in the wall paint peeled. Bathroom door was completely broken. One of the lamps had no bulb. Also no toilet paper. We didn't even stay

Staff was great 😃 room was good like the new kitchens they have put in only thing was the floor definitely needs to be touched up.

Staff was extremely nice to me. Nice and quiet. There are rarely any kinda loud issues around here and very affordable even with a kitchenette.

This is the worst hotel ever don't come here stay away, staff & management were rude there is black mold growing on the walls, the refrigerators are filthy & when I checked in 2 nights ago they gave me a room that wasn't even cleaned yet, it's extremely unhygienic.

This is not the kind of hotel you should stay in. Room reeked of cigarettes, mold in the shower, saggy bed, scribblings on the walls. But the price was right. I guess you get what you pay for.

The lady Chris is very rude. It’s a whole family gig there and the mom daughter and husband work as staff. There is bugs that’s why there changing a lot of stuff

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, stains on chairs, floor, walls. Bed was awful with the mattress springs poking me all night long, 3 tiny pillows for a king-sized bed. When i checked out, the morning clerk was screaming at another guest for daring to ask for weekly housekeeping. When i stepped outside to get my uber, i was accosted by a guy who wouldnt leave me alone. The only positive was that the night clerks were very good.
