Five-night stay plagued by poor service and cleanliness issues. Keycard failed daily and had to be reprogrammed, with no proactive support. No clear housekeeping schedule—manager even suggested we clean the room ourselves due to understaffing. Found and killed a bed bug in the room on day three after waking up with chain of multiple painful bites on my arm. Despite my pre-cleaning request prior to arrival, room hygiene was neglected.
Management tried to make up for this by moving me to another room that was supposedly bug-free, but it had a broken security door, and holes in the room wall and bathroom door. Management showed little concern, like “water off a duck’s back.” to provide the quality one would expect from a Wyndham Hotel.
Smoking clearly encouraged—pots filled with cigarette butts surrounded the property. Smoke seeped into rooms via AC intakes even though the rooms were deemed "No smoking". Bugs and flies repeatedly entered through cracks in and the base of bathroom walls.
Low price and convenient location doesn’t justify health and safety risks. I do not recommend staying here until significant operational changes are made.
