1- the air conditioning does not work, very hot at night 2- the cleaning service after 3 days did not come, they forgot, we had to buy toilet paper. 3- after 4 days the cleaning service arrived but did not clean the trash can 4- the wifi had very poor signal in the hall, no signal at all at the bedrooms 5- the bathroom shower VERY small, not like the pictures 6- I would NEVER recommend anyone this property

Excellent place to stay! Private penthouse with lots of space and two toilets! The jacuzzi on the terrace was the best after a long day of walking around. Great location! Close to restaurants, shops, and places to see.

Fantastic location. The aprtme t is very clean and modern and well equipped.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Málaga Centro, but not sure we should have stayed on a Friday night. Multiple others renting in the building were loud and rowdy (recent football game, by the sound of their post midnight singung as they went up and down the stairs) and drunkenly attempting to buzz into the unit multiple times as late as 2am. Probably bad timing on our part.

The apartment was well located for our interest in culture. It was comfortable and had the amenities we needed.

We were disappointed there was no washing machine in apartment - though our booking stated there was- however the owner arranged for washing to be done which was much appreciated. The apartment was very clean and sheets/ towels changed twice a week. Very central location and very quiet. The owner also connected us to Netflix which was great.

Met me at the apartment at exactly the planned time, no waiting around. Excellent handover and info. Very friendly and efficient. My family members use these apartments 2 or 3 times a year, and we are always extremely happy and enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to come back :-)

Called to give notice of our evening flight arrival & told someone will be on reception to greet you We were 2 hours on the street outside trying to gain access. Multiple calls without reply left me to pay for another hotel for the night On our way to the taxi the reception called to say he'd been waiting for us but as it was getting late he had to go home to his family Location good..rooms good..DO NOT arrive after 5pm or you may need to book & pay for another hotel room as we did Multiple messages without reply

Great location. Clean property. Able to walk to several tourist locations, restaurants, shops and rarely used a taxi. Close to the beach. WiFi was free and great.

Very central apartments close to all the attractions of Malaga - minutes from Cathedral and main shopping street. Ten minute walk to Alcazaba fort (well worth seeing). Conveniently located a 15 min walk to Malaga Central train station which takes you to Airport in 12 mins. The apartments are initially quite difficult to find - well if you havent visited the city before at least - but you can easily find them via Google maps etc and bear in mind they are off a street right next to the main shopping street. The check in was quick and the girl Victoria who manned the reception polite and punctual and she had also got in touch in advance of trip to ask when we would arrive etc. We were only there one night and only really had a coffee and slept in the apartment but the rooms themselves were clean and had heating/air con, microwave, all the cutlery/crockery etc, a fridge and tv. The bed was comfy enough and had booked a two bedroom apartment with an additional room with bunk beds for the kids who ended up not coming so plenty room for a family as well. A little noise from street below at night but being honest this is to be expected in any city in the world on a weekend night and didnt put us off sleeping. Room was on third floor but lift available for those with mobility issues. Overall good value and fantastic location and would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and bright. Look like it was newly remodeled. The kitchen is very small. The bed is just double and not comfortable, the pillows are hard. The location is perfect, surrounded with restaurants bars and shopping. The shutters kept the noise out at night.

Fantastic location. Clean quiet room. Unfortunately due the lack of natural light (3rd floor at the rear) it was a bit depressive. Could do with another couch to make comfortable seating for 4.

Check in was fine, we were met at the appointed time. Apartment was pretty good internally and but for the lack of a view from any window would have been rated higher. Wi-fi was fine, but the satellite tv channels did not work. Also the shower cubicle was very small due there being a washing machine in the room, taking up space. The best thing about the apartment was the location, slap bang in the middle of everything. Overall a good experience

The air conditioning unit was not working and no contact was available to get help. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Once we were checking out, the person came over and confirmed an issue existed. Reset system and it started working. Too late for us. Since the reservation had been made through a third party, they were not willing to discount or refund. I would not recommend!

Great location - right in the middle of the old town with loads of bars , restaurants and shops! Apartment very clean and ideal for a short break. Malaga is a nice city with lots to do.

Was dubious when I arrived as it is on top of a little restaurant . But the lady was very helpful and the room was excellent .

Malága is a beautiful city and this apartment is located right in the middle. Our stay was perfect! Check in and out were easy, the place was very clean and comfortable. Loved all the natural light and decor.
