Brazilian beds are always so so, the did not have extra pillows. Clean and safe.

Clean and organized. The area is safe and has bus station close. The food is good and the staff are nice. The only problem I had is that the TV aren't Smart, so I could watch much on it.

Me and a friend were moving around for the World Cup and we came here after a game in Belo Horizonte. We have stayed in several hotels while travelling and for the price this one beats them all, the showers are excellent, the service is brilliant and the breakfast is very nice. Overall a great experience.

Walls very thin could hear every single sound from adjoining rooms. Bedding was too small for the beds and was too thin. But the staff were super helpful and courteous and the breakfast was also very good. Overall we thought the experience was very good and extremely good value for money. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all of the staff.

Atendimento péssimo e lento na recepção!

Quartos bons. Ótimo isolamento acústico. Cama confortável. Pontos negativos: cobraram um valor maior pela estadia do que estava fechado no site; atendimento de alguns recepcionistas foi bem grosseiro e não resoluto; o café da manhã se inicia às 06:30 o qie atrapalha quem vai pegar ônibus logo cedo.

Muito bom, equipe otima, quarto impecável, voltaremos em breve.

Muito boa, só não falo que foi excelente por causa da internet que estava bem lenta.

A única ressalva foi barulho à noite, mesmo em dias úteis, devido à proximidade com dois bares.
