Relaxing and friendly staff

Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn’t do evening meals on Thursdays. We were not informed of this before our stay

Great Stay, food excellent

All as expected, staff extremely helpful and accommodating

The evening meal was very good in the Bar with very polite staff. Breakfast was a buffet and only just lukewarm. The Showerhead in my room was scaled up and not clean. ( Photo taken) And I barely slept due to how noisy the place was due to constant banging doors and what sounded like a dance class above me until late.😳 Not a good experience, and there wasn't anyone on reception when I left to complain to !!

Don't do food on a Thursday but overall stay was ok.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Oak Farm. We arrived really late (after midnight) and we're met with a friendly smiling face. Room was comfortable though a bit dated.It was immaculately clean. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff were very friendly. We let a coat in the room after we left and the staff were great, messaging us to let us know and posting the item to us. Very highly recommended

Ok for overnight stay, breakfast that was included did not look very appetising neither was it varied so we gave that a miss. A shame as reviews suggested this hotel would be better than it was in our experience.

Friendly staff. Nice food. But room was noisy. Window let is the sounds of the trucks at the truck stop next door. Painting on walls vibrated every time a lorry past. Bathroom was full of hairs. Had to wipe off what I hope was chocolate off the light switch. Toilet had been used and not fully cleaned when I checked in. Would expect this more at £80 a night not £135

Staff are always so friendly. Food is amazing. Rooms are clean & tidy

Nice place, good food, rooms a bit cold but the heating catches it up while you eat. Nice friendly staff and super secure parking.

Pleasantly surprised with Oak Farm Hotel. Situated on the A5 it doesn’t look the greatest perched between a TruckStop & Used Car dealer. However once you’re in the hotel is excellent. Friendly, efficient reception. Clean, well furnished room albeit a little tired. The restaurant served up some lovely food for tea and breakfast. All in all a great little hotel with amazing staff and service. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I ate dinner one night as well which was also beautiful. The room I had was only a double yet was massive! The room was fairly basic but the building and the surroundings where lovely, I can see why they do alot of weddings. The staff members were all very friendly amd I will deffinately be staying again.
