Well located hotel and beautiful lobby area. Great staff . Valet parking which is helpful. Our room was extremely small, the towels were old and needed replacing , the bed comfy but pillows were not. I would say the hotel needs a refurb.

Nice and quiet hotel

After a winding road we arrived at a beautiful hotel. Checking in was done with ease and our room had the most beautiful vista, garden’s wonderful well worth the journey.

Be prepared to eat on site, but the restaurant menu does not offer a lot of choices. bar is located inside the restaurant so it’s a bit awkward. The grounds could be beautiful but look neglected which is a shame. Water in the indoor pool was freezing!!

Beautiful old building in amazing locality. The staff not friendly enough. The breakfast the most disappointing. Hard croissants, fruit past it’s peak and coffee machines that need attention.

We enjoyed taking my dad to the mountains for his 90th birthday. He'd flown over them so many times to the algarve he wanted to see them up close. The hotel and the scenery didn't disappoint.

Great view. Sauna was turned off, and when i complained a staff said was turning it on, and she just disapeared..... Staff not commited to guests!!

The hotel was doing the best it could during the Covid restrictions. We stayed one night and it was obvious the staff were struggling to service the families.

Hotel has excellent views. As with other Portuguese Poussadas the staff was welcoming, the restaurant and the included breakfast was very good
