Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return.

Fuimos una noche y fueron muy amables. Todo el personal muy atento. Las instalaciones y la comida muy bien pero realmente el personal un 10 de 10. En especial el trato a mi papá siendo un adulto mayor. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, desde recepción hasta las muchachas de limpieza.

The hotel is showing its age. They keep it clean and the staff is as warm and welcoming as always. We had to upgrade to a condo at the tower and it is not as well maintained as the hotel. The quality of the service at the restaurant is good and relatively fast. The cuisine is simple but delicious.

The room was not what we expected for the price not what was shown in their marketing on the Internet

First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I only wanted a room that was in good working order. I would never stay here again, nor would I give it a recommendation. For the price, it should have been much better. Shame on them.

The room was nice. Didn't like the fact that they have a cafe machine but they didnt supply any coffee, sugar. The bar by the pool horrible! I waited over 15 mins for 2 beers and i was the only one at bar. Then i went back asked for 2 screw drivers the had no orange juice so i couldnt get any drinks becuz there was no orange jui e.i paid almost 20 for a drink and shot and they took it upon themselves to charge me a 10% service charge when they didnt wventake the drink to me.the fridge in our room wasnt cold enough so we had to put all our sodas , water etc...in freezer which didnt even freeze.

Overall, a great hotel/condo. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the staff, the breakfasts, and proximity to getting around. Thumbs up.

We could find this hotel and it was gated which felt safe. Everything else was so so but all the neighboring options felt totally not safe so this was good for that.

Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was traditional. Gym has the basics you need for a work out. Beach is right in front at a walkable distance, everything else you need transportation.

The views from the higher rise building are exceptional especially river view from the 5th floor. We loved breakfast and pool time here - stayed two nights and didn’t leave the resort! Some party noises on the Sat night and into the wee hours but expected given we are on holiday!

Breakfast was nice, staff were excellent the view from our room was lovely.

Poor management as they have a gym below the room we stayed in that had blaring pounding music. It stopped at 9:00 pm but we were traveling and needed rest. It was a poor decision by who ever allowed that business to be in a hotel.

I like the staff, the view and location of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ferry. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel was ok for a night, the room and pool area were rather run down, pillows pretty flat, and the door to the balcony did not lock. Service was satisfactory for lobby and bags (note, there is no elevator to the second floor). Restaurant food and service were pretty good for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, which came with fruit, juice, good coffee, and a choice of one of four mains (the yogurt was a little odd, thin and comes with corn flakes) which were overall good.
